Good vibrations, not sure the red light therapy does anything
Got this because of my crummy Gen X knees. Wanted something that I could just put on and not have to hold in place like a massage gun. Overall I mostly like this, as the three variations of massage and the levels of intensity give me a lot of options. I’ve tried the red light a bunch on various settings, and I’m really not convinced it does much of anything, at least not for me. If others experience relief with it, I wouldn’t doubt it, but I did not find much of a difference whatsoever. Battery life seems adequate, not exemplary. Unit is easy to use. I have fat legs and I can attach this pretty well, but I do have to stretch on it a bit. Overall seems well constructed and useful for massage. Your mileage may vary on the red light functionality.

OK, I’ve ordered a lot of knee braces throughout the past few years, and By far this is Definitely my Favorite…Have a different one without the Massage also. Like it as well, BUT the Massage is On a whole new Level.This “Comfytemp” portable red light wrap is a little stiffer due to the fact that it has the vibration so it’s almost like your own “Hero-Armor” is the best way to describe it. Absolutely fabulous, Feels fantastic. I need one for both Knees, shoulders, hips, ankles, •Hello• just say a full body wrap…For the first time ordering “Comfytemp” can Honestly Say, it’s is the best Order I’ve Made…This is a one and done! Love the fact of connecting with my phone,Can change settings there, if you have trouble bending over a bit…Appreciate, the Company post clearly there Phone number for customer support, also there Email information, Clearly the box.It’s soft yet stiff it functions 100% blissfully! Battery lift, Came fully charged…I’ve used it three times at this point the first time actually put me to sleep. It runs for about 15 minutes and shut off. Have the Red-Light on (3) for the heat and penetration. The massage is on (1), definitely would suggest having a round noodle or pillow up under your knee, while using. However I’m lucky, I have “Scooby” he’s the perfect size and companion for my Therapy.( Certainly believe it feels good to Him as well)• Note: I believe you could probably use this one your shoulder. The device should Definitely be in your Go To Therapy Supplies…If you or anyone has issues with swelling, pain, in their body. Poor battery – good function
Very poor battery. When I first bought the product, I was able to use it multiple times before having to charge. After the first charging, the battery now lasts less than 10 minute run time. Everything my else with the product is good, works and feels good on my knees.

This thing works. I was sceptical but figured if it didn’t work I would return it. It has improved my arthritic knees to the point where I foget to put on the knee brace when I play pickleball. I am hooked on this device.
