Excellent Massager & Outstanding Customer Service
The Bob and Brad massager works really well — it delivers strong, deep tissue relief, especially for the neck and shoulders. The heat function adds a soothing touch, and the device is simple to use and thoughtfully designed.What really stood out, though, was the superb customer service. I had a minor issue with the product, and when I reached out, they responded quickly and professionally. They didn’t hesitate to send a replacement, which I truly appreciated. Neck Soreness Be Gone
First let me start by saying that I am not usually a fan of massagers. I am always looking for something to help with my neck stiffness and pain. Since I ordered and started using the Bob and Brad Back and Neck Massager I have changed my way of thinking. The unit is very easy to use right out of the box. It comes with a comfort cover, which I find very nice to use especially when working my neck area. And it can be set for massaging with or without heat. There are also two different settings (directions) for the massage rollers inside the unit that provide a different feel/experience.Honestly, this thing is wonderful. In the short time that I have had it, I have already noticed it helping my neck soreness. I put on my relaxing music or set up for a meditation session, turn on the back and neck massager and the rest is history. I love it so much I have already recommended to friends and family to try.The only suggestion I would have to improve the product, would be to make a slightly longer cord or better yet, make it rechargeable. It’s not a game changer, but in my opinion, could only make the unit better.

The product is nice and helps alleviate my back pain… but I read the reviews and same stated that a velcro pad was included. I am missing the pad and I’m disappointed

This feels like a real massage!
This back and neck massager is the real deal! Great quality and construction, like other Bob & Brad products I’ve tried so far. It runs smoothly and quietly. I like the light pink color I got as it is more of a peach/dusty pink and subtle. There are 4 modes to choose from but this is basically forward or reverse motion and heat or no heat and it was easy to change between modes while using the product. There is the option to turn off the infrared heat, but I liked how soothing that felt and it never got too hot. Note that unlike a massage gun, the speed cannot be adjusted, and the unit must be plugged in to use but the cord is a good length and not too short. I will say that it gives a deep massage and you definitely feel it in the muscle and any knots you may have. Attaching the foam pad or applying less pressure make it less intense but I was a little sore the next day. It has a 15-minute shut off timer which is a helpful reminder. This massager worked GREAT for the hamstrings, IT band area, and calves areas that I tried it on also. Highly recommend!

BUY THIS PILLOW!!!
Let me start by saying that I NEVER leave reviews.. but I had to leave one! This massage pillow is AMAZING! I bought it in the middle of the night while I was curled up in pain and it came by the next afternoon. I immediately plugged it in and turned it on and started using it. The heat feels so good while the massagers work on your muscles. I spent about 30 minutes with this working on my sore back. I can’t wait to keep using it!

Adequate, but not very durable for the money
Pros:* battery seems decent — daily usage for about 3 mos and run time still seems the same* feels nice — I don’t need to use it, but I do anyway* versatile — easy to position where you wantCons:- parts are already breaking- cannot be used while plugged in, and it takes 1-2 hours to charge- cover can’t be removed without cutting it open, so I’m guessing the batteries can’t be replaced, eitherI’m a small guy, but leaning my back on it while sitting caused one of the balls to audibly crack. I wasn’t even leaning that hard. Gradually, the motor gears on that side wore out, such that it can’t bear any resistance at all before the gears slip.I was hoping a name-brand product sold at a reasonable price would be better.Update: The battery version eventually wore out its gears such that the massage heads couldn’t turn, so its total lifespan was 4 mos. Fortunately, Bob & Brad customer support team saw my review and offered to replace the battery version with the corded one. I’ve been using the corded one for a week, and it seems markedly better than the battery version. The build quality seems more robust, and there’s no wait time for charging, or concern about batteries being replaceable. Also, it comes with a remote. Despite the cord, I find it just as convenient as the battery version. It was very kind of B&B to give me a free replacement despite being past Amazon’s return window, but since my purchase was for the battery version and nothing about it has changed, I’m leaving my rating at 3*.

Wonderful Relief for My Neck & Back Pain
OMG, thank you! Received this overnight, opened it first thing this morning (quick & easy plug-in & startup card), slid the massager down to what I think was between the inside, lower scapulae & WOW – instant comfort! I could actually hear & feel the very slightest movement of, I imagine, cartilage & felt relief flowing from my upper back upward through there & to the very stiff neck area. Then slid it down to my lower back where it worked equally well. It is hard, yes, which was what I’d wanted – something that kneads the “knotted” muscles like a masseuse’s hands would. I can now feel that release very faintly tingling down along my arms & in my upper body – very beneficial with autumn’s cool temps, rain & the inability to get outside to garden. Love this product!

Los nodos aplican una presión suficiente como para sentir un auténtico masaje, no solo una vibración o movimiento superficial. Ideal para relajarse después del trabajo o aliviar pequeñas tensiones musculares.Sin embargo, en el cuello el resultado no es el mismo. La posición y la fuerza del aparato no llegan a hacer un “masaje” como tal; se siente más bien como una caricia suave, que puede no ser suficiente si buscas algo más intenso en esa zona.Diseño y funcionalidad:El aparato es cómodo de usar, se adapta bien a la espalda y tiene un mando a distancia que facilita el control sin tener que moverte.
