Life Saver- No more Neck Pain
I don’t usually leave reviews, but this product deserves it. This neck massager has been a literal lifesaver for me. I’ve been battling neck spine degeneration with pinched nerves, constant headaches, stiffness, and pain.The first time I tried it, I felt relief. The second time was even better. By the third session, my pain was gone for the rest of the day. Normally I wake up with headaches and stiffness, but now, just one session in the morning and another mid-day keeps me pain-free all day—without medication.The build quality feels solid and well-made, not cheap at all. Honestly, it feels like something out of the future. If you’re on the fence, don’t be—just buy it. You won’t regret it.

bulky? awkward? YES…. STILL– give it a try
Is it “bulky”? YES.. is it “awkward”? YES.. I bought this skeptically with all expectations of returning it.. HOWEVER– I don’t have a spouse and/or life partner to help “work out the kinks” and I refuse to pay for weekly massage therapy sessions.. after several different attempts of using this massager as big, bulky or awkward as it felt– (after getting used to it) this works wonderfully for me..It’s equally effective with dry skin, wet/damp skin, massage creams/oils.. one caveat– IF you have long hair, pull it up into a bun or whatever you do to get it off your back/neck.This item does NOT have a remote to control the settings, BUT I do like the “audible/verbal” confirmation of each setting/selection.

Broke down after only a few uses – Extremely disappointed
I had high hopes for this neck massager, especially given the price and the great initial reviews. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. I’ve only used it about 3–4 times since it arrived, and it’s already showing serious problems.After the first couple of sessions, I started noticing a loud, unpleasant squeaking noise every time it ran. It’s not a minor sound—it’s so high-pitched and distracting that it completely ruins the relaxation experience. On top of that, the massager has started slowing down like it’s struggling to run, even when fully charged. It feels weak, inconsistent, and like something inside is wearing out or failing.For a high-ticket item that’s marketed as a quality, long-lasting product, I expected much better. This shouldn’t be happening after only a few uses. I take good care of my devices and made sure to charge it properly, but the performance just keeps getting worse. It’s frustrating, disappointing, and honestly feels like money wasted.If this is how quickly it degrades, I can’t imagine how it would hold up with regular use. I really wanted to love this, but instead I’m left angry and disappointed that something meant to relieve tension has only added to it.

JUST BUY IT!!
I have had this massager in my possession now for about an hour and it is a GOD SEND! I splurged and I purchased this in the middle of a 6+ day migraine marathon that my body decided to bless me with. Unknowing if it would actually be beneficial or not, I figure what the heck, I’d do a lot of illegal things at this point to make this pain go away.My husband is a BIG guy, with very strong hands. And when I am in pain unfortunately he just can’t take it easy on my neck. I justified this purchase being the cost of one massage and one chiropractor visit combined and ITS WORTH IT!I truly feels like a set of dream hands are massaging you, not too much but just the right amount of pressure. It really does knead your neck and shoulders. The best part is I can move around my house hands free while it’s going to work! No more being tied down to a cord or holding a massager in the perfect position. This guy does it all for you!The only downfall is if you are built bigger like my husband with legs for arms and tree trunks for legs, it doesn’t really do much for you. His traps are too dense for the machine to really grab ahold of you and knead. So if you are dense in the neck and shoulders you might want to find another option. But as for any average or even small build person, it will fit perfect. Even my 70yo mother in law loved it!

This massager is really amazing. It feels like a real massage. I had trouble getting the strap on, but I think I can maneuver it to fit properly.

Not for neck pain, only should pain
If you have neck pain where the pain is coming from the base of the neck spine connecting to the skull then this is not for you. This is more for upper back and shoulder pain.
