Sturdy blocks
These are nice firm foam blocks for use in yoga and for alleviating the stress on the wrist while doing exercises that require using a flat hand on the floor…e.g: push ups. The place for one’s hand is pretty universal, so most people should find it comfortable enough (not too wide) for their grip. The block can be used two ways…on the side for a lower profile or on the end for a taller one. They can also be used just as a yoga block.I give 5 stars for the quality, however, there is one issue I am having; when I do a regular push up with hands wide for chest and shoulders, the height of the blocks (even in the low profile orientation) position my hand too high off of the floor and make doing a push up, especially on my toes so much more difficult, because it hyperextends my shoulder joints unless I use every ounce of my strength to hold my shoulders in alignment. When I do tricep push ups, because my arms are close to my sides, I don’t have near the pressure on my shoulders. These blocks do help with my wrist pain (my pain is at the area where my wrist meets my palm on the thumb side) by helping me keep my wrist straighter, however, I do have to concentrate to keep my weight toward the outside of my hand. I’m sure that this will get easier as I use them.

A must have for yogis with wrist issues
These are amazing! I have wrist issues and do a lot of yoga. Got these and they are a game changer. I was able to hit poses I’d not been able to before. Highly recommended if you have wrist issues or are striving to attain certain yoga poses.

Not perfect, but helpful though pricey
My yoga instructor told me about these and she knows I have some issues with my wrists (RA) and often use blocks to avoid 90 degree bends in them with poses. Overall I am happy with these. The one things I would say is an issue is when doing something like downward dog where hands are pressing forward and the legs are pushing back, the blocks have a tendency to sort of tip forward a little. So a bit less stable than just a regular block. But since it is more comfortable to put my hands around than the full width of a traditional block I will continue to use them. They are also silly overpriced for what they are.

Perfect for yoga
I purchased these for my weekly hot yoga class. The class has blocks for use but these are better for me because if the hand placements. It is very comfortable and I don’t worry about my grip.

Perfect, as expected!
Love these! These were great when I was just getting back into yoga and needed a little adjustment. Also helps with my wrists sometimes.

Pretty good
There are no cutouts for hands on the lowest level of the blocks. If. you have small hands or a narrow web space between your thumb and first finger, the grip may be a little wide. I found it a bit cumbersome to figure out which way to turn them each time during a yoga class. They did a good job of keeping my wrists straight though.

I have hypermobile joints from Ehlers Danlos syndrome in my hands and started having issues with pain in the base of my thumbs last year. I can’t do a plank or anything with bodyweight on my flat hands anymore. These are a lifesaver and are keeping me going with pilates mat and yoga workouts. I’ve had them for about a year now and they have been so helpful for getting back into shape after injury! They aren’t perfect (they are a little big for my hands, etc.) but so much better than any other solution I’ve tried.

Entlastet die Handgelenke bei Übungen auf der Matte. An den veränderten Winkel gewöhnt man sich. Eine große Hilfe insbesondere beim Yoga. Eine gute Investition… Leider etwas teuer..

Meglio i miei vecchi push up bar. Ah, dimenticavo! Non riesci a fare chaturanga! Perché non riesci a scendere in mezzo!!
