Love this strap!
I bought this for work. I’m a PTA, and have used basic stretch out straps. This is not only much better material, but is longer and has multiple loops. Definitely recommend for home or work!

I am very pleased with my purchase of the Bob & Brad Yoga Loop Stretch Strap. I had a total knee replacement & am required to do at home therapy along with out patient. The strap I had was a smaller stretchy one & not sufficient for doing the required exercises for range of motion, too much give. Could not find one locally so went to amazon of course & there were so many to choose from. I watch Bob & Brad so when I saw their product & reviewed the features they were comparable to several others, including one my therapist recommended that i could not find even tho I had a screenshot. I liked that this strap was a little longer than some of the others offered and I loved the shiny blue color. My therapist showed me how to use if properly for my knee replacement exercises. I have been using it for 8 weeks and the product has performed well. No stitches coming out, no loose threads on the edges, no give where there shouldn’t be and I have traveled with it in car and around the house in the storage pouch. The black side is solid and the shiny blue are the loops to place your feet or hands in. Very versitile for people of different heights. I feel secure wrapping a loop around my wrists & this strap has enough length to do that. I am 5’6″ and I can be in the middle of the strap for my leg exercises and feel secure I won’t slip out especially if I do a crossover of the bands at the ankle. I would recommend this product based on its features and product quality. Well made.

Appreciate all the loops so it accommodates all kinds of stretches. Really well made and sturdy and a great tool for helping us get a better stretch in. I can stretch out my legs and it doesn’t snap back like a stretchy band does on me. Bob & Brad put out the BEST products!!

great for stretching exercises
I thought I’d try this out since I use a simple length of those stretchy exercise bands that physical therapists give you to take home. It really is a great sturdy product and I recommend it, specifically because it’s design will keep your foot from slipping…If you are wanting to increase your flexibility, this will be very helpful because you will know which loop will work and your foot won’t slip out!! As you become more flexible, you can progress to the next loop. It was awkward at first, but after 5 or 6 times I no longer felt like I was trapped in a spider web, haha. If someone is nearby they will no doubt be willing to help you out a time or two in the beginning..

I bought this for my husband who is “big and tall”. He used to use stretchy bands but complained that when he looped them over his foot to do a stretch the bands narrowed and caused pain along the bottom of his foot. This band is not stretchy and a bit wider than most so it’s not a problem. He also likes the length for his height, but I understand the extra length can make it more cumbersome for some people. So far all products I’ve purchased from Bob and Brad have been great and make it easy to follow their YouTube instructional videos.

I really like this strap. Very well made and the width keeps it from digging in. If you’re tall or very stiff, you’ll adore this strap because it gives you ample length to accommodate even the stiffest or tallest person so you can start getting flexible. I’m 5’11 and my husband is 6’4” and he’s not very flexible but the length of this strap really ensures he can do a proper stretch with a slight pull allowing him to go deeper than before. After a few days of using this product I’m seeing amazing gains in recovering my flexibility and my husband actually uses it. Very happy with this product.

I bought a competing product. It was cheap, thin, plain, and cut into your skin. It also didn’t seem that sturdily constructed, although this didn’t seem like much of a problem. It honestly underperformed a cheap bath towel which at least didn’t cut into you.THIS strap is wide, padded loops on the end, quality stitching, and a nice aesthetic. If you can’t pay the low price a nice strap like this costs, just use a bath towel. If you can afford a few bucks, this will make life easier for you every time you stretch, and encourage you to stretch more often. Buy once, cry once.
