This 1.0 dermaroller is just what I needed. I have icepick scars that weren’t reached by the .25 roller. This one reaches deeper and is more effective.

I’ve been using this tool on my hairline for months and had seen a difference in hair growth within just 3 weeks of using it! It’s very durable and pretty sharp so you know it is actually penetrating your skin to stimulate blood flow. It’s super easy to use and doesn’t get caught in my hair.I have also used this tool my face at least once a week and it definitely smooths my skin and helps speed up acne recovery.Of course after every use I use an antiseptic liquid (isopropyl alcohol) to properly clean/disinfect this tool, and I have not seen any issues with doing this—no rusting or decrease in roller movement.Definitely worth the money if you are looking for solutions for hair growth or skin recovery!

LOVE these. They work so well. Only thing I would change is the packaging. I have bent/broken the needles taking them out before.

Gentle pressure
Roller came in a box that is sturdy and will protect the dermaroller. The needles are spaced wider apart as per the needle count listed. By this reason you surely get the results you are looking to achieve, small openings in skin. Then apply proper products that can now get well absorbed into your skin. Please remember to sterilize before and after use.

It really does help
I am currently in a weight loss era and working on reducing the appearance of my stretch marks. I did a lot of research about the best way to do this and was not ready to commit to full micro-needling, so this was the next best option. This tool has improved my skin care with a very low pain level. The effectiveness is amazing and you get a good bang for your buck compared to other similar products.

It does the job, but…
The needles appear to be individual, which is great. The product is mostly as described. My 3 stars is because of the inherent flaw of the product. I would recommend a derma stamp or pen rather than a roller. A roller may be more convenient, but you will get inconsistent results across all areas of your face. Also, to get results you really need a 1.5mm stamp which is going to tear your face up, but give you way better results for any of the suggested uses such as wrinkles, hair restoration. And at 1.5mm, you should only be doing it once a month or so, so it will be inconvenient, but set aside some time and you will be thankful after seeing the results!

Works very well for helping areas of hair that are thinning but make sure to buy the 1.0 for best results!
