My wife and I both use this to relieve neck pain
This massager has convenient straps that enable you to move it around and adjust both the placement and intensity of the neck massage. The shiatsu rollers are powerful and change direction every so often. Although I am much taller than my wife, we can both use it because the straps allow different placement according to what helps most at the time. We both find it very effective against neck pain.

This is amazing!! I was a little skeptical at first, but I have a lot of neck and shoulder pain, so I gave it a try. It really helps relieve the pain and has helped a tingling I’ve had in my neck recently.I prefer products that are not wireless. I prefer a cord, because in my experience, anything that has to be charged does not last long, so this massager is perfect.The heat is at the perfect temperature, you can adjust the speed of massage, and you can change the direction. It can also be used on other muscles. I’ve used it on my hips, legs and feet as well. Very versatile.

Waste of MONEY!
Do NOT buy this! Find a different brand. Total letdown on this neck and back massager. The little nodes are supposed to rotate for a deep knead, but they barely budge, like they’re stuck in molasses. Zero relief for my sore muscles, just a weak buzz that feels like a cheap phone vibrating. I’ve had better luck with similar devices, so don’t waste your money. One star, if that.

Feels amazing, but it wont stay on/charged when it is unplugged. I assumed portable means I could take it places with me or be at a spot in my house that wasn’t right by a plug in.
