I used for sore ankle. They stretch and wrap well. They stick to themselves somewhat but I used tape.

Nothing beats elastic cling bandages for human or pet injuries. But they can be expensive, This is an affordable multi-pack to have on have for just such emergencies. Don’t leave home without them.
