Happy, happy customer! I purchased the Bob and Brad Eye Massager (EyeOasis 2 Plus Eye Mask) in January 2025. I was having major dry eye issues. My eye doctor prescribed eye drops and told me to put heat on my eyes twice a day for 15 minutes and then massage around them. So, I bought one of those eye masks that you put in the microwave. The problem with that was that I would constantly have to get up and reheat it so that it would stay warm for 15 minutes. Then, of course, it would get too hot and then I’d have to wait until it was cool enough to not to burn my skin. I discovered the Bob and Brand Eye Massager and thought I’d give it a try. I have been so happy with it. After just a few uses, I didn’t need to use eye drops anymore. Hooray! As an extra bonus, using it also helped relieve headaches. I found that it was easy to use and small enough to put in my nightstand drawer. I didn’t use the remote or the storage bag. Now, to customer service. About 8 months after I purchased it, the heat part quit working. So, I contacted Bob and Brad and spoke with a very nice lady who, after I sent a photo plus the serial and model numbers, assured me that they would replace the non-working one with a new one. I received the new one within a few days. Again, I’m a happy, happy customer!

Nice product. It came well packaged and quick. It was quick to fully charge and the instructions are easy to follow. It connected quickly to my Bluetooth and fits comfortably on my face. It warms up nicely and the massage power works evenly on both settings.

UPDATED: Bob and Brad reached out to me and understood my concern that the restrictions of using this product was not clearly noted. I did go back and reviewed the Amazon description and seems it has been updated. I also looked at the Bob and Brad website and feel they did a better job noting this restriction. Guess sometimes it’s better to go to the original seller for information. Although I didn’t have the opportunity to use the eye massager, I have updated the rating for the excellent customer service I received from Bob and Brad! ORIGINAL: I was so excited to get this for my aunt who has severe dry eye issues. I was also anxious to try it for my dry eyes. She read through the fine print and saw what I didn’t notice..Eye massagerd should NOT be used if you have cataracts, cataract surgery or retinal issues. That leaves both her and me out of using this as would I think a great number er of people! On the Amazon site, this is information is buried!

DISCLAIMER: I did NOT receive this as part of any promotion whatsoever (unless you count the fact that it was on sale) 😁.I will have to admit I had no idea who Bob and Brad were when I ordered this (I definitely do now). I simply searched with the “FSA” filter and this popped up. when it arrived I wasn’t sure what to expect because it looks like a VR headset lol, which is probably what other people are going to think I’m using except for the noise. having suffered for years from blepharitis I thought it would be something good to help with a number of treatments all at once: heat and pressure. I was not disappointed.It did come with a minimal charge so I was able to test it before using. it takes a little while to get used to the controls on the remote and you cannot use the remote to turn it on. This is not a big deal because the buttons on the front are rather easy, and have tactile symbols on them. Long press for one setting and short press for another. Sessions are 15 minutes which is just about right :-). I like that it uses air pressure for massage instead of motors, close to my eyes that would have worried me. it also comes with four sound settings, two with simple music playing on a loop, and one with an ocean and wind and another with a stream.Pads are cleanable as they are thin vinyl. a full charge will give you about five sessions.I originally thought the charging port location was odd. but it does allow you to charge the device with the carry bag mostly closed.I have a few wish list items: I wish there was a way to get ½ volume, as the very lowest setting is still too loud for me (You can turn the audio completely off). With blepharitis, heat treatment is one of the ways to keep it at bay. My doctor basically said “as hot as you can comfortably handle” but this device sadly is nowhere close. I can feel the heat but I don’t know if it’s enough. This may be a design / battery or a safety concern for the company. but I do wish it could be a warmer. I do like the random pressure patterns but I wish there was a way with the remote to select one and have it continually do the same one over and over. I’m not sure if it’s a big deal with this. Lastly, I would love to see the addition of a deep brown noise in the audio options.Either way, this is definitely a keeper and I am already noticing results. We shall see how long this device lasts.

Very soothing and relaxing. Pressure is just enough to give a nice massage around the eyes and temple. Perfect for migraines and tired eyes. I even gave me relief from my sinuses.

Bob and Brad have done it again. I have their massage gun and took a chance on this. Rather expensive eye mask because I have dry eye. The mask is wonderful. It produces high quality massage and heat and music. 🥲I use it every night before bed and just love it. I do recommend it.July 28 followup…. I had a slight problem with the mask as it wasn’t heating up enough so I wrote the customer service and California and was amazed by The professional response. They completely replace the mask with no questions asked and had it to my porch in Huntsville in 2 days. An amazing company to do business with.😀 Highly recommend!
