Pretty Fanciful Fairy Homes
I have colored a few pictures in the Fairyland coloring book and I’m very pleased with the detailed designs that inspire creative coloring. The book contains a nice assortment of fairly-like portraits & figures, but mainly fanciful fairy treehouse type structures. Very lovely! I used a variety of color pencils, gel pens, glitter pens & chalk paint pens. The pictures turned out very nice. I only gave 4 stars because I had hoped the paper would have been a better quality, The paper is thin, and with the back side of each picture printed black it gives the actual picture a dull smokey grey hue, that although it doesn’t stay grey after coloring I feel like it makes it a challenge to color a true color, especially when using lighter shades.

Very beautiful artwork
I haven’t started coloring this book yet. It has lots of tiny details in the artwork. Its going to be so fun coloring in this book. I do feel that I need to practice some before I start coloring in it. I’m a beginner colorist. This book is a bit advanced for my skill set. But when I am ready to tackle skin tones this is going to be fun because there are beautiful pictures of fairies and I want to be able to do them justice when I color them. It also has some very beautiful waterfalls. I’m a little intimidated, I want them to look like someone with real skill colored them. But if I mess up I would buy another one to compare how far I have come with my coloring skills because I love the artwork so much in this book !! Thanks every one. Oh and the quality of the paper is really good. Its grey scale an that will help me a lot as a beginner. I plan to use pencils and gel pens in this lovely book !! Enjoy every one an have a very blessed day !!

Too much grayscale, which is not shown on the pictures used in the item description. Paper is thin, and some pictures look strange due to AI.Otherwise, some lovely pictures to color.
