Small Investment and Big Reward 🙂
I just finished my back therapy, I use one like this everyday, didn’t know that you can do so many things with this. It comes with a chart with the same things and even more things that I had in therapy. I am 6’3″ tall and ordered the XL one it is perfect!!!!!!! It makes you wonder whey your doctors every tell you about things like this. I feel Great I haven’t felt like this in 15-years. I have customize my work out for every other day and the type of work out that I would IT IS SO EASY!!!!! WOW!!!! Get your before to start having trouble and you start saving some money going to the doctors officer. Trust Me On This. Note I have seen in China, there are places throughout China for the people to stretch like this, they even give free classes in the parks- WOW!!!

Sweet!
A few months ago, I had my right knee replaced; the road to recovery is long and arduous but I am persevering as best I can. The location where I go for rehab (physical therapy) has stretch out straps I use during the time I am there but they are too short for me to use alone – one of the aides has to put it on my foot while I lay on my stomach and then hand me the end so I can pull my foot up and bend my knee forcefully. Well, I found this item on Amazon and it was just what I needed since I am 6 foot 2 inches tall. Now, I use the strap at home on the days I am not in rehab. Thanks for a great item for us taller folks!

Great band, but doesn’t last forever
I use this everyday to stretch after working out – first used one while doing PT, so bought one for myself. My only beef is that the stitching between the loops starts to fray after a year or two, so I’ve probably bought 2-3 of them over the last few years

Great recovery tool!
I recently had a total knee replacement and my physical therapist introduced me to this strap. It is amazing for adding tension to a workout and assisting me in stretches I couldn’t do without it. Because I have been using this strap routinely, it has helped me achieve full range of motion in my third week of recovery! I will continue to use it in my workouts and am very happy that I will have it on hand to assist in the recovery of my next knee replacement.

I honestly thought I was wasting my money when I purchased this item last year I was having a lot of problems with cramping in my legs as I was starting to work out on a daily basis once again this came in the mail from Amazon and I started using it on day one and continue to use it throughout the summer you really get a good stretch with this simple device and I think you’ll be surprised at why you waited so long to buy the strap it is been one of the best purchases I’ve made in recent years. I am a bigger guy in the strap holds up very well to my size.

This strap has been perfect for assisting me with performing my physical therapy at home. My physical therapist was surprised by the quality for the price. I’ve definitely received my money’s worth – the chart is useful, too! I just wish it were small enough to add to my binder of similar health, anatomy and exercise charts. 5 stars!

Flimsy, thin straps
This was not what I was expecting, the straps are thin so they aren’t as easy for me to use. I was hoping for something more basic on the physical therapy, but the stretches they provide are to advanced for my health status.
