Great home Pilates workout set. The ring has good resistance as well as the bands. I just wish the ball had a pump instead of a straw but it works well enough. Works well especially for the price.

Resistance bands are worthless
The only items I’ll use out of this are the ring and ball. The resistance bands don’t do anything. Resistance indicates that there’s going to be some sort of resistance when you use them but there was none in all three they were too easy to pull apart I have a different set from a different company and the reason why I bought this one is because they had a three set one I thought it would be like what a resistant band is supposed to be like. Heavy medium and light weight none of that was applied to these resistance bands they’re all the same they’re all easy to pull so you’re not going to build any muscle with those so it’s a complete waste of money. I’m missing the medium all of my other set so I was excited to have the missing piece again. Nope. Oh well.
