This strap is well made with several loops so you can use it for many stretching exercises. Ir rolls up easily in the included pouch to make it simple to take to the gym. My hamstrings are also very appreciative of this purchase!

Well Made, Exercise Pamphlet, Great Price
I’ve been going through extensive therapy since February. When I was getting near the end almost 3 months later, one of the exercises they showed me how to do was using a strap like this to help with my shoulder and arm reach. In order for me to exercise at home, it was necessary to buy one of these. Most are about the same price and they all probably are well made….. but I bought this one because it had a booklet/pamphlet showing how to do other stretching exercises. I’m sure I’ll have to work up to those particular exercises but I was glad this was included with the strap.

If you’re looking for a sign, this is it.
I use this in my yoga practice. My mom usually uses it to help her stretch and do her PT exercises. We love it. The only thing is the it’s long and sometimes it a lot of material to work with. I ended up rolling the extra up and clipping it. I’m tall and Plus size and it’s held strong with everything I’ve put it through. It has no give/stretch in the fabric so that’s good. I think I’ll end up getting another one so my mom can have here own

Beautiful green strap
I am so glad I decided on buying this strap. It’s very long, so I can use it on a pulley with an over the door attachment. It looks well constructed, no weird chemical smells, doesn’t stretch, and wide enough to hold comfortably. Additionally , it comes with a guide and a little carrier bag. Great quality purchase at a good price.

Great Not-Stretching Strap
Perfect for helping to stretch out the big bendy bit of my left leg after replacement surgery. My PT person said to avoid stretchy ones of these straps and this is long enough for me to lie face down and to pull my foot towards my butt and stretch it. Also great for hamstring stretching. Very comfortable, even when I use it barefoot.

Perfect size and length
This is the perfect size strap. I bought it for physical therapy to stretch my quads and hamstrings per my PT’s orders. This one mimics the one we used in his office but it’s more comfortable due to wider band about 1.5”. I bought the 8 ft. Size and it works great. Feels very strong so I believe it will last forever.
