It’s ok. I wish it was more colorful and engaging.
I have a few of these for CBT and trauma therapy that are much more colorful. This one is pretty boring looking, they could’ve done a better job with brighter colors, more visually engaging and more description for what managers and firefighters are. The colors that you see in the photo are the only colors in the entire piece. I’m going to keep it because there’s nothing else for IFS like this but FYI it could be improved.

This flip chart covers everything needed for IFS therapists to show our clients how internal family systems therapy can help them. The layout is informative and streamlined, and manages to cover everything that we might need to explain when working with clients who struggle with all kinds of symptoms – anxiety, depression, addictions, OCD, physical illnesses and eating disorders. It also covers using IFS for legacy burdens, attachment trauma, and severe trauma. I have found that when I need clear and concise language to educate my clients on what they are experiencing within, this flip chart is where I turn! Colleen West has given us an incredibly valuable tool!
