Nice heat and good massage for tired knees.Charge lasts for almost 2 complete cycles on high setting.Does not operate while charging, but I’m impressed with the quality and construction of the item.Battery level indicator just says on “almost charged” regardless. So, charge it after each use.

At first, didn’t know what to think about it. I think I didn’t strap it on my knee tight enough. So I put it away for the day and tried the following day. I tightened the straps a little more and there it was. Hurray!So if you have smaller knees like me, make sure you tighten enough.It does relax the knees, whether it be left or right. It works on both. One of the features I like is the wireless feature. The heat on the knee massager relaxes the muscles as does the vibrating and the red light. It does have a couple of options for the vibration and different heat intensities.Very easy to operate and the LED screen is quite large.

The heat is kind of nice, but otherwise seemingly useless. The massage setting is a joke, loud, annoying but very light vibration. Who knows what the IR lights do, they’re only centred around the knee cap. Probably a waste of money.
