The quality is top-notch, and it’s been the only thing that has truly helped with my knee pain.It works great when I’m sitting on the couch and strap it on. Very impressed! The mayriel is a soft synthetic, not neoprene. The adjustable straps fit me with extra room, and I am swollen, and 300+ pounds. They also included a charging cord and block, and an extra strap extender if it doesn’t fit you.Trying it for the first time, my knee and leg muscles relaxed within 10 seconds. It feels good, and I will check in with updates as to how well it works.

Takes way to long to charge. After charging overnight it lasted less than 5 minutes before it was dead again. I will be returning this.

This is not for people that’s 5’1 and 130lb. The scrap is too long. I have to hold the bottom scrap because it’s too long.For price it should have opinion for cold setting.Do not use if your knee is swollen.I like massager. It’s ok. Could be better.Price. It’s not worth it

Really has helped with my arthritic knees,movement has got better and pain has subsided considerably was sceptical at first but really pleased I have purchased it the heat is very soothing and can be adjusted as required.The unit is light to wear and you can just sit there with it in and is not in any way uncomfortable and is manufactured to a good quality.Batery life is good and depending on settings generally lasts around 2 days and is easy to recharge.To sum up great value for the money so pleased I purchased it.

Ich war skeptisch wegen der Kosten, aber meine Knieschmerzen nötigten mich dazu, alles zu unternehmen, was hilfreich sein könnte. Die Verzweiflung war groß.Ich nutze die Kniemassage täglich jeweils 2 x pro Knie. Selbstverständlich bildet man sich viel ein, aber gerade in Zeiten leichterer Schmerzen spürt man schon eine Linderung nach der Anwendung.Ich nutze Redlight, höchste Temperatur und den Auto-Modus. Gerade bei letzterem empfinde ich die Abwechslung der Vibrations- bzw. Massagestellen als sehr angenehm und habe den Eindruck, dass eine Verbesserung bereits mit Anwendung eintritt.Selbstredend ist es kein Wundergerät, das starke oder mittlere Schmerzen neutralisiert, aber hier geht es ja um Durchblutung und Gewebeaufbau und -stärkung, um Entzündungen und damit Schmerzen vorzubeugen.Wie bei allem hilft auch hier eine feste, tägliche Routine, um das Gerät nicht “zu vergessen”. So benutze ich es am Schreibtisch täglich um die Mittagszeit, je Knie zweimal und gut ist. Wie erwähnt, ist die Auto-Funktion tatsächlich spürbar besser im Ergebnis, als “low” oder “high”.
