Excellent posture corrector — comfortable and effective!
I absolutely love this posture corrector! It’s very comfortable to wear and provides great back support without feeling too tight. The material is high quality, soft, and breathable. Great Support! Easy to Ease Into and Feels Good!
I purchased this back brace posture corrector because I’ve been feeling like I needed some extra support for my shoulders and lower back, especially after long hours at my desk. I’ve been using it, and I’m really impressed!I wasn’t sure what to expect, so I started with just 5 minutes a day, slowly increasing it every other day.Now I’m comfortably wearing it for 30 minutes, and it feels really good, like it’s gently reminding me to sit and stand straighter without forcing anything.I like that it’s comfortable and adjustable; it fits snugly without digging into my arms or back.The material is breathable, which is great since I often wear it under a loose tee.I love that it gives support without making me feel restricted.Lightweight and easy to wear around the house or while working.This posture corrector has been a great tool for building awareness and slowly improving my posture. 5/5. Excellent design. I was worried when I always sign low ratings for the fix posture braces market, but I was wrong. I was wrong. I started noticed my back straightening by the 2nd day. It’s really fund to use to. They come with a schedule on how to keep the brace on for a longer and longer time and I like that I’m able to use it more and more. I’m on Day 7 and I can’t wait to have it on for several hours or more at a time.The quality of the velcro is superb. It’s stretchable and fits my needs. There is no pain, and the posture is slowly improving. It’s great you are wanting to improve your posture. This will be exactly what you were looking for! I got a medium and I am 5’5″, 165 pounds, mid size belly, and it fits me well and sometime tight. You will have to suck in your belly, but I sense it is part of the developing your core and back muscles. They’ve been so tight and now you are stretching them. Also, you suck in your belly when wearing workout belts and weightlifting. Seems like parallel concepts to me. Good luck!
