Soft Curls, No Drips
I’ve been using these waffle weave hair wraps for a bit now, and I’m honestly so glad I grabbed them. I usually struggled with the old t-shirt method over my head (trying to save my curls) and hoped for the best, but these are so much lighter and way more comfortable. They stay put without slipping, even while I’m walking around getting dressed or making breakfast. I’ve got pretty thick, curly hair, and it all fits inside without feeling tight or pulling. They soak up a ton of water without roughing up my curls, which has made my hair feel a little softer and less chaotic when it dries.They did have that weird factory smell when I opened them, but one wash fixed that completely and made them much softer too. The waffle texture is really gentle, and I love using them after I shower or when I’ve got a hair mask in. Plus, getting two in the set means I can keep one clean while the other’s in the wash. It’s such a simple thing, but it makes my whole post-shower routine smoother and just a little more peaceful.

I have super curly hair that I like to dry partially before adding product so I can keep the volume in my hair. This is great to throw my hair up in after I wash and condition it while I am getting dressed. It stays securely on my head and allows for my hair to not drip on my shoulders while I am getting ready. I haven’t noticed much in terms of it helping frizz, but it’s wonderful instead of using a heavy towel on my head.

The white and black towels are packaged together without a divider, so some of the black dye transferred to the white towel (visible in the bottom right). Most of it came off in the wash, and the rest should come out in subsequent washes. This towel is very comfortable to wear, it stays in place, and is much easier than wrapping a whole bath towel around my head. I really like that this has elastic instead of a button. It lets me control how tight or loose I want the towel to fit. The towel itself is thin but very absorbent. It does cut down the time it takes my shoulder-length hair to dry, but I think the difference would be a lot more significant for someone with long hair. Love my towels, definitely recommend!
