I love this thing so far! I even used it on my shoulder and it works with some maneuvering on it. I do have to charge it once a week, but considering I use it 2 times a week, that’s fine especially since I use all the features which I imagine use more battery power. All in all, this thing is great.

Seems to help my knee
I have a meniscus tear in my right knee so I’m sore a lot and my knee cracks. I saw these on a video somewhere online and thought I would give it a try. It seems to work well but I guess I won’t know until I use it a bit more. For now it seems like it works OK but I’ll come back here and update it if not.

This thing warms and massages your tired achy knees like a charm! With multiple settings for knead or vibrate, and diff levels of intensity, it’s great for many needs. The adjustable strap allows multiple members of the family to use it, get more bang for ur buck! Cannot tell how effective the red light therapy is right now, but there is red light!

Exceed My Expectation
This 4-in-1 knee massager exceeded my expectations. The combination of heat, vibration, and red light therapy really helps soothe my joints after long days or workouts. It’s incredibly easy to use, with a large LED screen that’s clear and fits on my knees well. The battery life is not too bad.

I already feel the difference and it’s only been a week.
I wish that it had more infrared lights and that it fit a little bit better around the knee, but if you maneuver it just right and keep Pretty still, then it is fabulousIt’s a very good device. It just needs a few adjustments.
