This is a game changer and worth every penny. Bought this for a Pilonidol Cyst (if you know, you know) it is so painful to put weight on. This took all of the pressure off and allowed it to heel without surgery.I am not a doctor and cannot say it is used to avoid going to the dr- but it worked for me. Mine acted up a few days before going on a 10 day car road trip-I bought this with overnight shipping at 8pm on a Saturday and sure enough it was delivered on Sunday! I used this pillow and was able to ride with minimal to no pain and a couple of days I didn’t need it at all. I highly recommend this pillow.

Lo mejor que he podido probar para liberar presión en la espina dorsal(coxis). También sirve para personas con condiciones como hemorroides, nacidos. En mi país hace mucho calor por ende no puedo hablar del área fresca, pero si ayuda a mantener el área libre de presión… lo uso en la silla de rueda, en el carro. Jamás pensé que sería tan buena. Tengo que pedir una más para mi hijo y no lo dudaré.

Donut Pillow, Memory Foam / ASIN: BOD31PW5FT / $31.41This cushion has been very helpful while seated at a desk. It was also comfortable in the car but I prefer something not quite as thick (high) for that act. I’m on the heavier side but do not feel this pillow needs to be any larger — it does not create any abnormal pressure points. It is soft enough to “give” as opposed to being a hard resistance. The bottom is a layer of non-slip beads which is likely taken for granted as the pillow stays put while plopping down. This is good quality memory foam. It is comfortable to me.5 STARS UNITED donut pillow. Good results. Translation, relief.

A bit more comfortable than a trow pillow
I had been using an overstuffed throw pillow before giving in and purchasing this donut pillow. I was expecting it to be a lot more firm based on reviews. I do like the no slip on the bottom side which does help keep it in place. Personally I wish it was larger and a LOT more firm. It squished down to an inch and I actually have to position my tailbone behind the back edge of the cushion for it to not hurt.
