Fun and filled with information beyond your weight.
I find this scale to be really impressive and interesting! You do have to download an app to be able to use the full amenities, but it is worth it.The app allows for easy tracking, reading of information/stats, and it doesn’t take that long. You can still use the scale without the app and be able to see majority of what is on the app, but you just will not be able to go as in depth.I would assume it tracks weight correctly, though I am not sure how you would ensure it is. It provides context beyond your simple weight which I think makes it worth the money.It is easy to clean like any other scale you would own, the only difference is you have to occasionally charge it. It does hold its charge for a very long time and alerts you before “giving out”.Overall, I think if you are looking for a smart scale then this one is a great option! And it’s pink;)

Great scale for spouses, and clarity
My wife and I for the first time we were able to use the same scale. Other products would work. This one does recognizes the weight difference and ask you to select a different user. When the save it in separate categories for each spouse, I like how it measures the weight as well as the BMI and other Issues like heartbeat. I don’t know how it does it, but you are wearing nothing on your feet, so it’s probably done by sensors. It’s also smart looking device. Also, its digital read outs are better than any other scale. I’ve owned that’s electronic. So it’s a great scale.

Good scale, technical issues
I got this scale around Christmas because I recently started on a weight loss journey with my nutrition coach and personal trainer. I got it thinking that the scale would be able to give him more information and data on various measurements.I DO think that this is a very good scale and I DO like that it shows information such as BMR (basic metabolic rate) which is important when losing weight! I also like that it shows other body composition features such as muscle percentage, water percentage, which helps me as I lose weight- to be able to see: did it lose or gain in fat, muscle, water, etc.My complaint and frustration is that for the first month, this scale would only measure my weight in kg (kilograms) NOT lbs (pounds), which was frustrating for both me and my trainer/nutrition coach, because we track and monitor my weight. So the weight that I reported to him was the weight in kilograms, then I had to convert it using google.I HOPE that this issue is FINALLY RESOLVED!It was really annoying and frustrating: especially after paying $60!!!!I did reach out to the customer support. Unfortunately the customer support is in another country, no one from America. I was emailing them back and forth. There was no customer service phone number.I sincerely hope that my technical issues have finally been resolved!!! I’m paying a lot of money to work with my nutrition coach and accurate weigh ins are important. I am disappointed in the customer service. It is a good scale- once you can use it properly!!!

Great functionality, good app with easy access, and easy to use. The display is clear and legible. The app provides all the information you need (body fat%, heart rate, muscle mass, muscle rate, bone mass, etc). The connection to the iPhone was easy via Bluetooth.

Poor customer service
At first I loved this scale. Ive had it for over 2 years and it worked flawlessly. I went to use it and I had cleaned the glass surface as it was looking grungy. After cleaning it I stepped on and the scale would not read my body measurements anymore. I tried everything the trouble shooting said to, still does not. I tried charging it. I tried uninstalling the app and downloading it again. I tried changing my demographics and changing them back to the correct stats. I tried disconnecting the Bluetooth and reconnecting. Nope. I opened a ticket with them and got a generic email stating that I needed to turn on certain permissions. So I did. No, still didnt work. I told them this. Still have not gotten a reply. When I went to attempt to CALL THEM. Theres no customer service number. Instead I got a link explaining that they use resale stores to sell their product so if you have an issue with the product you need to go back to the store you bought it from. This makes me feel very undervalued as a customer. At first the scale was great and I was willing to purchase another one until I learned that when their product malfunctions they pass the buck and do not care about their consumer base. I will not be purchasing another product from this company.

I bought these scales because they weren’t the cheapest on Amazon so I was expecting and hoping for a scale that would be decently accurate. I have been going to a dietician and get my body composition checked each visit and comparing their InBody 570 scale to this Ablegrid scale the figures are way out. Inbody says I’m 9.8% this scale says 17.2% muscel mass on Inbody says 37.1kg and these scales say 56.5% and every other parameter is out besides the actual weight which there is a difference albeit acceptable. I will see what my chances are for a refund to be honest, as I understand for the price they are not going to be commercial accuracy but these seem to be way out and what sold me on these scales in the claim of the accuracy with the state of the art sensors it uses. If you want accuracy, im my experience DO NOT BUY.

Nach 4 Wochen mal ein erstes Fazit: die Kopplung mit der App funktioniert reibungslos und WENN gekoppelt, bleiben auch die zuvor eingestellten Parameter (kg statt lb und anderes) gespeichert.Die Waage ist ehrlich. Tägliche Abweichungen zwischen zwei Messungen liegen bei uns im normalen Toleranzbereich.Ich kann die Werte gut ablesen, alles in allem bin ich für den Preis sehr zufrieden.Ob eine Waage den Puls messen muss (das dauert auch unangenehm lange)… entscheidet selbst. Für mich ein verzichtbares Feature.
