Q: Why is the VeSync app showing disconnected constantly?
A: The scale will power off 20 seconds after displaying your body indexes in order to save power. During that time, it will show “disconnected”. To reconnect, turn the scale back on and open the app.
Q: How do multiple users use the same scale?
A: There are 2 ways: (1) Multiple Users with Separate VeSync Accounts. Please note only 5 VeSync accounts can pair with the smart scale at a time. (2) Multiple Users with a Shared VeSync Account. Users who create or log in to a VeSync account can create multiple user profiles within their account. All users can log in to the same account (on their own smartphones) without requiring the other users to log out.
Q: How to do firmware update?
A: Please follow these simple steps: (1) Turn on your phone Bluetooth. (2) Light up the scale. (3) Open the app and click the scale picture to go to the device page. Wait for several seconds for it to connect to Bluetooth. There will be a Bluetooth icon that appears in blue on the screen display when it’s connected. (4) Follow the in-app firmware update instruction to update it. Do not let the scale display turns off when connecting or updating.

Finally a Scale That’s Honest Without Being Rude
This Etekcity bathroom scale might just be the nicest “truth teller” in my house. Step on and it gives you your weight instantly, clearly, and without flashing some mysterious number like an old carnival scale. The backlit display is big enough that I don’t have to squint, and the tempered glass makes it feel sleek and modern instead of like a medieval torture device.It’s highly accurate (I weighed myself three times in a row to check) but somehow doesn’t feel judgmental, just efficient. The large size is great if you don’t want to balance on a postage stamp, and it’s sturdy enough for anyone in the family to use. If you’re looking for a dependable scale that won’t sass you, this one’s a winner.Edit to add: even after years of use, this is still going strong and working well!!

Top quality! Elegant design.
High quality construction. Very nicely designed scale. The readout is in tenths of a pound and remains the same if you weigh yourself several times in a row. (This has not been the case with other bathroom scales we’ve had.) I don’t know if the scale would match a professional scale like at a doctor’s office, but for tracking weight changes at home, it seems like an excellent choice. The weight readout is in large numbers and stays illuminated a reasonable amount of time.Good product at a good price.

I love this scale. I was hesitant to spend the money and still feel it’s slightly overpriced.I enjoy the compact/slim size, easy to read screen, consistently syncs with the app, and keeps me in check with reports and alerts.The charge stays long, where I have to charge it maybe 20-30 days. Sometimes I use it once a day and some weeks it’s 1-2x a week.The app shows a ton of data, and more importantly, it explains what each data point means. Also, suggests generally what can be done to improve.I’m uncomfortable sharing a lot of data, otherwise I think then suggestions could be tailored to me.

Beautiful and Functional Modern Scale!
I had a really old plastic scale that just looked dingy and didn’t match our decor anyway. I wanted something that looks great and modern and works well. This one is perfect. Gorgeous modern look.
