This item came with absolutely no instructions. I assumed that you simply stick it on the child’s forehead and see what the black dots indicated. When sticking it on my granddaughters forehead, black circle indicated the letter “N “and the other indicated number 37. What is that supposed to mean? Don’t waste your money.
