Has REASONABLE amounts of your vitamins and minerals, safe levels of it all, tastes nice too.
Nice fruity flavor. Chewy but not super tough.I’m a professional chemist, and I used to work in an FDA testing lab. So I UNDERSTAND the ingredients labels on things like this and I’m very selective about what products I choose to put in my mouth. MOST vitamin brands try to scam you by cramming 500% US RDA amount of B vitamins and even most of the metallic nutrients in there, because they think customers are all stupid and will get excited by bigger numbers. But it turns out that if you get TOO MUCH of anything – even vitamins – it can be TOXIC. Particularly for metals like copper, zinc, selenium, and chromium. Remember this is NOT a meal-replacement, you will still be getting some of your nutrients from your normal meals. It’s just supposed to be a supplement, to fill in the gaps if you’re skimping on your vitamin D or A or something like that.SO this specific one does NOT try to scam you with bigger numbers. Instead they use REASONABLE amounts of all their vitamins and minerals. HEALTHY levels. So you don’t have to worry about accidentally getting copper poisoning from your vitamins with this brand… but with certain OTHER brands that happens a lot more often than most people think it does.The directions say “take 2 per day” but honestly 1 per day is ENOUGH if you are also eating food like a human being does. You can safely take a second one per day if you feel like it though.They are GUMMIES. As such they have to be stored somewhere DRY. If humidity finds them, they will start to dissolve in the air, and they will end up fusing together into one big gummy blob in the jar. Then you’ll have to shove a fork in there to pry one gummy off of the fused mass. If humidity is a problem in your home, look for tablets instead of gummies.Remember: 500% of the recommended daily value for your vitamins and minerals COULD BE DANGEROUS AND MAKE YOU SICK. You only need a total of 100% per day. That does not mean “100% just from your gummy vitamins” though, it means a COMBINED 100% TOTAL from everything you eat or drink that day. If you’re eating a lot of meat anyway, you probably don’t need any more iron or protein than that because the meat gives you enough of both. If you’re eating a lot of spinach, then you probably don’t need any extra vitamin A or K from your gummies. And if you ate cereal for breakfast and pasta for dinner, then you don’t need any more B vitamins from your gummies because most commercial bakeries ADD B VITAMINS to “enrich” their flour.

Very good! So before taking this vitamin I would feel weak, hungry, and low energy and can’t wait for lunch break. After taking this for 2 weeks, food doesn’t even register in my head until my supervisor call out break time. Every body is different but for the price I’ll say try it out and I hope it helps you out like me too.

Build The Habit
Gummy vitamins and supplements are beneficial for one very underrated reason. I took these and other gummy vitamins for several months. It built a healthy habit. They are easier to remember and I was more likely to take them. They taste like candy, the texture is good, and the bottle lasts long enough to make it worth it. Now let me explain why I moved away from these. I built the habit, I got inspired to do my research on nutrition and the benefits of supplements, and I moved onto a different regimen. I could never get my mom to take vitamins, but I got her to take these and she is now more aware of what her body needs. Gummies don’t provide the best absorption of the vitamins or supplements they contain. There are little details that matter to make a regime more effective. However, as I told my mom, these are better than not taking anything. And I think they deserve recognition for helping to build the healthy habit of just taking them.
