I have been using now for 3 days I have lost 5lb. I have a back condition that makes exercise difficult at my age of 54, I feel stiff much of the time and weight loss has been a journey. I love this, my overall feeling of my body is something so much better than I imagined going into this. My strength has improved, weight loss quick, joints loser, better sleep, extermination of waste much easier and I suffer with Diverticulitis so this is a huge plus! I am very satisfied, you see the results quickly and because it feels so good to the body it is easier to adjust quickly to a routine. This Thanksgiving time I am feeling just grateful to have found something that works so well for someone who can no longer do the workouts I use to do and make it so pleasing. ❤️

I thought, “Yeah, right… another gimmick that’ll collect dust.” | I WAS WRONG!!!!!
I was skeptical, but I want to reassure you, this is an incredible machine!I kept seeing these vibration plates all over social media and thought, “Yeah, right… another gimmick that’ll collect dust.” I figured it would be a waste of money and space, and I would lose interest in it, wishing I had saved the money.But after comparing models, I noticed something: the AXV Vibration Plate had a better foot design; those little “knobs” are positioned perfectly for stability and comfort. That’s what convinced me to try it, and honestly, I had no idea what I was about to experience.The first surprise? It’s quiet.No rattling, no jumping across the floor, no cheap whirling or knock-off brand feel. It has large suction cups that keep it firmly in place (mine’s on tile). The build quality feels solid, not flimsy like some others I’ve seen online.My first session was short, about 1.5 minutes twice in one day, because I wasn’t sure how my body would react. I even got a little dizzy from wearing glasses (pro tip: if you have an astigmatism or vertigo, take off your glasses). I used my hands to support my head just because I felt “headachy at first”. Later that day, I noticed ear drainage (from my throat), and the next morning, my legs felt like they’d had a mini “leg day.”By day three, I started exploring the settings and tried the Yoga mode, eyes closed, wide stance, and could feel my body adjusting and aligning in places that definitely needed it. My body felt where adjustments were needed (spin, etc), and I did exercises to help adjust them while on the vibration platform. Then I experimented with a standing Yogo setting meditation session on it… and wow. It’s surprisingly relaxing when you least expect it!I use it without shoes; it’s comfortable.As someone with kidney-related swelling in one leg, I noticed real improvement. I may be able to wear my new boot on that foot (which currently doesn’t fit, but the other foot fits fine), and I may even need a smaller compression stocking now. That alone made it worth every penny.It gives me that “alert and ready feeling” in just minutes a day.I bought one for my sister (arriving in two days) after she and others have been asking me about my post on social media about it.If you’re on the fence like I was, I get it. But this one? It’s the real deal; quiet, durable, and genuinely effective. You can use it daily, whether you’re working out, meditating, or just trying to feel better in your own body. I sit for 10-14 hours a day at work. I don’t prioritize exercise, and my diet could definitely use improvement. Now that I’ve experienced the potential results that my body is sharing with me, I have the desire to make changes in my life to align reality with how my body feels.Meditation while exercising? Who would have thought?It also comes with hand-resistant band pulls. However, as I mentioned, I’m not particularly into exercise. I can see myself trying them in a few weeks though…Oh, and one seriously funny piece of advice. Use the bathroom beforehand!

So Far I Love it
So, far right outa the box I will give it 5 stars. Packed very well. Super easy set up and directions. It has the craziest suction cups on the bottom that if you have it on a tile floor it’s gonna take you a hot second to pull it up. But it definitely isn’t gonna go anywhere with these on there. I am going to use on carpet just to be able to move around easier if needed.It comes bluetooth compatible and was very easy to set up. Not the greatest speakers in the world but still something to listen to that’s a little louder than my phone’s volume.It is a little heavy but nothing major. I tried it out for 2 minutes and adjusted the speed up and down. Personally I couldn’t tell if it changed or not, that could just be me because my husband tried it and said he could totally tell when I increased the speed.I work from home so I am sitting for 10 hours which takes a toll on my low back and legs. I usually use a chair massager off and on all day, but sometimes that thing heats up too much even with heat turned off and becomes uncomfortable.So, today after work I selected the #1 mode for 10 min and it cycles up and down on the speed. I really like it. It really made my legs feel like the blood is circulating around better. Normally my toes will be cold and I have less feeling in my legs as I have gotten older. But just 10 minutes on it and it’s been almost an hour since I got off the machine and my legs, feet and toes still feel warm and just feel normal for a change.I definitely noticed that the amount of vibration you get and where you feel the vibration most is very dependent on how you are standing. If you lock your knees you vibrate all over. If you bend your knees and squat a little the vibration is less but then you are triggering your muscles to work more to hold that position. If you stand up tall and clinch your butt you feel in your back more.So, you just have to play around with different positions and maybe relax and flex different muscles.Overall just that short little time spent on it my body just feels better. I don’t know if it will really help with weight loss but I feel like it can help with fatigue, relaxation, circulation, leg pain, back pain possibly tone your muscles and a good way to get your body moving in some way.I will say make sure to place it next to a counter, chair back or wall if you have any little balance issues because I did notice that if you should happen to tilt back on carpet it does tilt the machine and will throw you off balance a little. Probably why they have those crazy strong suction cups for hard floors LOL 😂

So far no issues with the product. I’ve read tons of reviews on many different brands and they mostly indicate all of them have glitches and are expensive for what they are. I’m using it for the lymphatic system. I’m not expecting miracles. I feel like it’s a modern version of the 1960’s belt machines 🤔.

the vibration plate worked well but has since popped and blew my electricity. The motor which creates the vibration has broken. I have contacted the seller but not heard anything. I am concerned whether there is a warranty? Why has no one got back to me? I only bought it 10 months ago. I paid a higher amount thinking I would get a quality item and good service. Not so far.
