Today everyone in the family uses it, and yes, we kind of made a “line” for it in the living room. The 200 adjustable speeds are more than enough – even the low settings are surprisingly effective. It’s not loud at all, more like a gentle humm in the background. My feet and calves feel lighter after session, and my lower back isn’t as tight anymore. It also seems to help with circulation, which was a big bonus. I use it for 8 minutes and feel refreshed without any heavy workout. The platform is rock solid: no shaking or cheap plasticky feel.
