I have issues with the muscles in my shoulders being INCREDIBLY tense, 24/7, due to complications of a connective tissue disorder. It’s usually bad enough to cause severe tension headaches. This has done a wonderful job of helping with that tension and providing some relief. Some people may not be fond of the fact it needs to be bugged in but I work *right* next to an outlet so it works out really well for me. Is it, you know, **perfect** in every way shape and form? No. There are probably fancier ones out there that cost a bunch more that will be better. But it is absolutely AMAZING for the price it’s at. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone and everyone who needs something like this at a reasonable price.

This is a great buy for those that do not have the space for a massage chair. It is compact and portable. I like that you can use it on multiple areas of the body. It also comes with a cigarette charging hatch so you can use it in the car. The massage strength can be stronger depending on how much pressure you apply. The heat feature is not warm at all. It powers with a cord plugged in. I wish it was rechargeable rather than a plug in. It’s comfortable and it’s great to use if you’re watching tv on the couch. For the price, it’s great. I like that the handles have loops to keep the massager in place too.

I love this thing. I use this a lot. It really helps so much and the cost is totally worth it for me. I have a bad back and this really makes it easier to massage my own back without straining my muscles. The heat is awesome and the different speed settings are good for whatever mood I am in to tackle tough knots. I can also use this on the bottoms of my feet or my legs not just my shoulders and back. I wish I had a whole chair that had these in them.This is quiet enough to fall asleep with and the design works well to reach all spots I need to massage. I’ve bought these as gifts before and you can never go wrong. People love these as do I.I have had it for a few years now and I have had no issues at all with anything breaking or malfunctioning. It just works every time I turn it on. It is compact enough to store discretely away for use later. I keep it by my bed in my bedroom so I can use it before bed or lay down and have it work my neck as I watch a movie or TV show.Highly recommend, great value for the price.

Great Customer Service
If you are looking for portability, skip this. I left it plugged in all night to charge, but it has to be plugged in to work. The heat function is minimal at best, but it does give a decent neck massage. It shipped fast and was inexpensive. Update after posting this review: I decided to keep this item even with the defects because the massage helped. The vendor reached out to me with a refund even though I did not request it. What great customer service! I would buy form them again.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I purchased this as a needed replacement for my husband. I was additionally going to give this 4 stars because I honestly thought this massager had a heated element included and it doesn’t. However the charge for this fits my foot massager soooo I’m beyond happy about that. The actual massage and mesh netting on this one is much better than the previous one we had. Very effective. Functions great. Works out those hard to kinks the hands can’t seem to work out. Quality is great and helps you to just relax.

Neck massager
I like the flexibility of this massager, it’s is good for the neck and back but a little cumbersome if you are trying to use it on your back. I like the straps and they make it easy to hold in place on your neck, could not massage back without them! It also massages both ways which gives more flexibility in the process. I would buy again and recommend
