Best Duplicate for Neutrogena Eye Makeup Remover Pads (gosh, I miss those)
Does anyone remember the Neutrogena eye makeup remover pads that came in a blue cylinder? Well they were discontinued to my disappointment and I’ve been on the search for dupes. After trial and error, I came to these. They work SO MUCH better than traditional cotton circles and so much sturdier. The edges don’t start to shed or fall apart not do they scrape like others I’ve found. And they’re pretty thick, which I love because I remember those Neutrogena pads being so thick and soft and this duplicates that the best compared to any other product. So what I do is I grab a small stack of these (about a weeks worth), put them in a short mason jar and saturate them with the Neutrogena eye makeup remover that can remove waterproof makeup. When it comes time to remove my makeup, I shake up the jar a bit, pull two out and place the soft sides on my eyes and let it sit for 30-60 seconds then gently rub downward. Then I flip it to the texture side and gently wipe off my makeup. I’ve never had issues removing even the most stubborn waterproof eye makeup this way. Then I use the regular Neutrogena makeup remover wipe for the rest of my face and then the Clinique cleansing balm and then face wash & use the bamboo face towels from CSC and then follow with the rest of my skincare. I’ve never had an issue with little lint bits in my eyelashes like other cheaper cotton rounds and I think for the quality and how well it works for the delicate eye area, is a good value. A lot of reviews will say they use one pad for both eyes, but I just play it safe with one for each eye so I know I got every bit of eye makeup off and it won’t end up in my eyes when I’m sleeping, but that’s just my preference and because I wear a lot of eye makeup and it’s usually waterproof.

How I use these: Face, nail polish removal, and eye protection with red light therapy mask. I find them quite large, so I cut them into halves to use. I didn’t notice any pilling or ripping when I cut them in half. Halving them gets them to the perfect size to cover each of my eyes when I’m using my LED mask.Description: They are quite thick cotton with a flat side and semi-textured side. The textured side is not abrasive, and very gentle. The textured side works really well for removing nail polish; it’s actually the best cotton pad I’ve ever used to remove nail polish, and I only need half of one pad to remove polish on both hands.Pros: These are excellent quality and very soft cotton. There’s no pilling loose cotton pieces when you use them. In other words, they don’t fall apart on your face or nails if you’re using them to remove nail polish. They are already comparable with similar products’ price points, but I find I get more value for the cost by cutting them in half.Cons: None to report! These are excellent.

absolutely love these cotton pads !! they’re like lil clouds for your face. this was my first clean skin club item & it sold me on their products. i should’ve switched to these way sooner than what i was using. they’re super thick i believe about four ply, stitched, have a smooth then a textured side for light exfoliation. they absorb my toner perfectly as well as evenly spread it when i pat on my face, i even used them in the shower & they held up against lots of hot water. def reusable i’d say, but i’d throw away after use to reduce bacteria personally. just saying u can — get these, they’re worth the price, ur skin will thank you ! :3

Best face pads ever so many uses
These are like little thick sponges no matter how much I squeeze them or re wet them or scrub my face with them they never rip or shred love that’s its two sided the Exfoliating side really does clean my face so good but it’s gentle but I’ll put my cleanser on the pad and scrub my face with it and the pads will be brown these really get the dirt off your face and FYI I don’t wear makeup. So I dont use those for that . I use these for cleansing and rinsing My face when I wash over the sink . I hate splashing my face with water I can never get my whole face good and it just gets water everywhere I will forever buy these . I like these more than the clean skin club towels . They are nice size not too big not to small .

These Clean Skin Club face pads are amazing! They’re much thicker and softer than regular cotton rounds, and they never shed or fall apart, even when wet. One pad is big enough to remove all my makeup or apply toner without tearing. I love that they have a textured side for gentle exfoliation and a smooth side for sensitive areas. I decided to buy these even though, as they are not available on amazon Germany, I paid 21.60 USD for this item with shipping costs and tax :(The pads are perfect, I love the square design and that they have a soft and a textured side. One pad is almost enough for eye make-up and lipstick removal, in fact I would prefer them a little larger.They are very soft and thick and feel so luxurious!What I don’t like is they come in a paper box. Paper boxes are never 100% sealed and already during transport all sorts of stuff can get inside, like dust, pollutants, dirt, tiny insects etc. Even more so when you have them at home with the lid opened for several weeks, it’s not very hygienic.For a product used around the eye area I would really prefer a plastic box!

Just purchased these after being permanently on the lookout for something like this to clean / wash and dry my face with for my whole adult life. Most of these things are designed for people with more softer hairless skin so if you have stubble like me then you will be left with fluff all over your face and need multiple pads in one sitting because they will disintegrate on contact with the hairier lower half of your face.While buying some microfibre towels which are the closest alternative I can find but they are not always suitable for things like micellar water and are not disposable, I got recommended these after previously liking the disposable face towels which are also better than most but still disintegrated on contact so thought I’d try them. I don’t even have a hairy face or extra harsh stubble, so I don’t think I’ve been asking for much but I saw the claim of being stronger than anything ever before and was skeptical but knew the brand was quality enough so bought some.Upon opening the package I was surprised by how tough they looked and was worried about being too rough but they are very gentle and smooth with one side being more textured and the other smooth. There’s like a logo on each side which might seem like it gets in the way or is too much and probably doesn’t need to be there but hasn’t really caused an issue yet.I tested one by dragging it across my end of day stubble and while it did leave a slight bit of fluff or lint it was the tiniest amount and the pad still held its shape and didn’t stop working like every other pad does and didn’t leave half a ton of cotton wool matted into my hair and any fluff from these practically blew away instead of being matted in. Definitely recommended!
