Not for everyone
This review is purely subjective, as the sleeve wasn’t great for me, but might be fine if you’re not 6’6″ and do not need the sleeve to compress varicose veins. In following the measurement instructions on the site, I ordered the XXL. It is easy to put on. The elastic bands at the top and bottom are very tight, which I suppose is good to keep it in place, though a bit extreme; probably would loosen up with time. The length was a bit too short for my height, didn’t reach all the way from ankle to knee like the (non-copper) sleeves I’ve been using; that would not be an issue if you’re shorter. The sleeve is very comfortable to wear otherwise. But my main issue: when I removed it after a day’s wear my varicose veins were bulging out as usual, whereas with the non-copper sleeves I normally use the leg is smooth after a day’s wear, no sign of veins. Ergo, insufficient compression. I didn’t bother to try a smaller size as I figured the elastic bands would be even tighter and the sleeve even shorter.
