UPDATED REVIEW:After writing my review I decided to forward it to the customer service department at Crave Naturals and found their email on their website. I received an immediate response from the founder of the company, Kristen who explained the source of the issue and offered to send me a replacement brush and a refund. She did explain to me that issue was as follows:“When a customer decides to return a brush to Amazon, they ship it back to an Amazon warehouse. At that time an Amazon employee takes the product out of the return box and makes a decision as to whether or not it is to be discarded or put back into Amazon inventory. I have told Amazon in the past that all of our returns should be discarded because they are sanitary in nature and should not be used by more than one person. Unfortunately, it appears that they are not following our requests.”I received my package from Kristen today and she sent me TWO new brushes and they were 100% brand new and wonderful. She exceeded my expectations and completely changed my perspective of her company and staff. I’m honestly happier now than I would have been if I got sent a brand new brush delivered from Amazon from the start.The brush works wonders when it comes to detangling hair. It’s very gentle and I noticed a lot less hair came out compared to using my regular brush or wide tooth comb. I haven’t gotten to use it on a knot yet but I feel very confident that I won’t be using the scissors on my knots anymore because this will work perfectly to get my knots and tangles out. I would now 100% recommended going with this company if considering buying one of these detangling brushes because no matter what Kristen, the founder of the company has a mission to make all of her customers completely satisfied. Thank you Kristen!!!PREVIOUS REVIEW:Was so excited to try out this new brush. After seeing it multiple times on TV I knew I needed to order one for myself. Being born with fine hair and choosing to bleach it every couple of months has led to multiple hair issues such as damage, breakage, slow growth, and tangling and knotting very easily. I’ve suffered with hair loss, bald spots and knots so bad that after hours of trying to get them untangled, I give up and just end up cutting out the chunk of my hair… So I am always doing research to learn the best, new techniques and remedies in order to have healthy and happy hair and this brush seemed like the perfect fix to my tangling issues.I choose this brand because it was listed as “Amazon’s Choice” and had a high rating with plenty of reviews so I figured it was a safe bet to go with this brand. I had ordered it with eight other things to get faster shipping and it arrived the next day with my other items in a fairly large box. When opening my Amazon package and grabbing the box with the brush inside, I immediately noticed the brush box was damaged and it looked like it had been squished or dropped. Since it came in a big Amazon box I knew that it didn’t happen during shipping so I figured it happened at the factory before being boxed up but it was just the box so I didn’t think much of it. When opening the brush box I immediately saw a dark hair on the brush underneath the plastic… Having blonde hair myself I knew there was no possible way it could have been mine so it was obvious to me that the brush had been purchased by someone else, returned and then shipped off to me which is why the box appeared to be tampered with. I’m pretty disgusted at the fact they would send me a used brush that had been returned. I don’t understand why they wouldn’t inspect the returned brush to make sure it hadn’t been used before sending it to someone else advertising it as a “new” product. The fact that they didn’t even take the time to inspect it or sanitize it during the time of a pandemic just goes to show poor management in my eyes. I’m very disappointed with this purchase and would recommend going with a different company/brand if choosing to buy this detangling brush. There are a lot of other ones that I’m sure wouldn’t be sending out used, returned brushes.

Great and efficient brush for fine hair
I’ve been using Tangle Teezer brushes for a while, and my current one has been with me for over 2 years. I decided to try this brush based on the incredible reviews instead of going for another TT, and it did NOT disappoint me at all.I have very fine hair, which tangles and breaks easily. I have noticed significantly less breakage after starting to use the Crave brush. It is as good as the TT’s, but I’d say more efficient. The only downside is that the handle is not very shower-friendly, since it gets very slippery. It is also fair to mention that the bristles seem to be slightly harder than TT’s, but that could be the fact that it’s still new, so we’ll see.I’m not disappointed at all and definitely recommend it.

Best brush ever
What a great brush. I have hair that tends to fall out a lot when brushed and I’ve been using a wet brush for years. I was always cleaning large amounts of hair out of it. This brush doesn’t pull my hair out at all. I rarely clean it and my hair loss is cut down greatly. This brush works all the way through to my scalp and it works well on wet or dry hair. I’ve ordered two more and my husband loves it too. So happy to have found this brush!

Good value
I personally love these brushes, works for my fine hair and my younger children’s thick hair. Great for in the shower detangling and fresh out of the shower towel dried hair finishing. It does not pull hair when brushing if there happens to be a tangle because it slips over it, basically you’ll be brushing a few times to get a nice base then go over it again to detangle stragglers. Easy clean up and no hair snagging because the bristles are not detachable. Great for stimulation, one of my daughters enjoys having her hair brushed while she is lying down the brush strokes are smooth and she loves how the bristles feel massaging her scalp. I do feel the shape of the brush takes getting used to, I did not notice if the brush had specific handle types (such as left or right handed).

Good for kids
I use this brush for my two year old. He has curly hair. This doesn’t get stuck in his curls at all either when his hair is wet or dry. Easy to use. Great design. Doesn’t pull hair out. The soft bristles are gentle on his head. Doesn’t cause frizz to his curls either. Just great quality. I’d use it for myself as well.

I got this Crave Naturals Glide Thru Brush for my girlfriend, and let me just say: it has changed both of our lives. She loves how well it detangles, and I love that her hair is finally staying in the brush instead of decorating the entire house like a tumbleweed festival.Pros:• Actually detangles without drama — No yanking, no tears, no “hold on, let me brace myself.”• Great on wet or dry hair — She can use it after a shower or mid–getting-ready chaos.• Comfortable to hold — Even I’ve used it once or twice… for science.• Keeps the hair in the brush — Not on the couch, the floor, my clothes, or mysteriously in the fridge (don’t ask).Cons:• Now she won’t stop brushing her hair — I didn’t know someone could detangle for fun.• I’m expected to compliment her hair more often — Apparently the brush “brings out the shine,” so I have to acknowledge it every time.Overall, absolutely worth it. My girlfriend’s hair looks great, the house looks cleaner, and I’ve regained 60% of my sanity. Highly recommend!

Love this Detanagler Brush.
This brush is a great de-tangler. I have fine, fragile hair. Always a problem after shampoo and conditioner to come through gently. I use this on my wet head to distribute the conditioner and then rinse. Bingo, hair untangled in the shower so no need to do after shampooing!! Also, the bristles provide a really great scalp stimulation.

Great brush, not the best handle design
I love how this brush to detangle wet hair. I highly recommend it for that. It only takes a few minutes to brush through and you lose a lot less hair! However, I think the handle could be designed better. It’s very difficult to hold in your hand once your hands get wet.

I think my search ends with this one. I have very hick hair. It covers it brilliantly. I honestly love how easy it is to clean. I use this while I shampoo and condition. The massage it gives is amazing. Spreads my conditioner easily. I clean it every single time I shower and it’s SO easy unlike other brushes where we struggle to get out all the hair. This doesn’t even hold dust. Breakage has reduced considerably. It’s actually zero now and better yet, I have no frizzy hair anymore. Love how compact it is too. Easily fits in my bag (not for sling bags) and the shape is really awesome to hold too. Pictures attached. It’s totally worth the price. Bristles are neither too hard nor too soft.
