Ideal for measuring body weight in 1/10 pound increments
Did I really need a smart scale? No. But I really wanted a scale that measured more precisely than 0.5 pound increments (especially when my intentional weight loss can be painfully slow). This scale is the perfect solution. It records my data to a free app and, on the app, I can track my trends. This is not a medical device. The biometic data is only a crude estimate and isn’t super accurate, but can be useful from the standpoint of comparing one point of time to another. The scale sends an imperceptible electrical impulse through the body and calculates the biometric results from the impedance coupled with height, weight, age, etc. A DEXA body composition scan is considered the gold standard. At some point in the future (when I have achieved my weight loss goal), I will likely have the DEXA scan and then compare the results to the biometric data from the scale.

I love this scale. It has a nice big display and the app is decent. I love the fact that it feeds in to Apple Health as well. Great value for the price.

Good tool to help with weight control journey
Works well. I like that you can see your BMI along with the weight just standing on it. To see more, you need the app. However if you add anyone else in your family on the app, they will need to also use your phone to see their numbers. I tried to log my husband’s phone onto the app, but it wouldn’t do it.

Perfect Scale
I have always wanted to know a number of things when I weight myself track my progress and this scale not only give me a reading on my weight but also my BMI, Body fat %, Muscle Mass, Protein and lots more. Photo below tells my current weight, my weight goal as of October 15, 2025 etc. Highly recommend.

Provides thorough information. Easy setup on phone. Have to make sure you use it with bare feet for accurate measuring.
