I like cork over foam ones as they are less slippery and have a good weight the them classic design and right size for any yoga practice. Has very firm support and I’m pleased with value

Solid Yoga block
This yoga block is great. It has greatly helped with my alignment with triangle pose. I prefer using the block to putting my hand onto my shin when the hamstrings are tighter. Also great for putting under you for hero poses. The natural cork doesn’t slip during practice.

Functional & Beautiful
I wanted a yoga block that was both functional, but wouldn’t stand out too much, and finding this one reminded me of blocks I’d seen when I was younger, so it was also a bit nostalgic for me as well! It is firm, and remains stable so no issues with slipping. Light enough to travel with you if you need it for class or otherwise as well.

At first I was skeptical about the firmness of the block when using it for pelvic floor exercises but after learning the proper placement of the block I was happier. I use it for various stretches and exercises, so far very impressed with the durability of this product.

Good quality
This cork brick meets my expectations. The quality seems very good, it feels very good and there is no unpleasant smell. The edges are all very smooth, the size and weight is just right.On the front and back “Gaiam” is written on the brick and the Gaiam flower (or whatever that is) is shown. Some people may like that, but for me it is a reason to only give 4 instead of 5 stars. In my opinion, yoga should not be about showing off brand names. I want to do yoga with quality products but without advertising for them. I understand that Gaiam wants to mark their products as such and I would have accepted a picture of the flower only as a more subtle way to do so.
