Best on the market!
These Grüns Super Greens Gummies are honestly a 10/10. I didn’t expect to actually enjoy taking greens, but these make it super easy. The flavor is way better than most “healthy” gummies and doesn’t have that grassy spirulina taste. They’ve got spirulina, chlorella, prebiotics, fiber, and a bunch of vitamins all packed in, but still taste good!! I’ve noticed my digestion feels smoother and my energy’s been more consistent throughout the day. Definitely feels like an easy daily win 🙂 it’s one of those supplements you actually want to stick with.

Way better than drinking greens!!!
I can’t stand drinking greens powders. The taste is always rough and mixing them is a hassle. These are a perfect alternative. They taste like a fruit snack, super easy to take on the go, and I actually look forward to eating them.The single-serve packs fit right in my pocket or bag, so I can bring them hiking or to the gym. Instead of mixing powders or trying to remember capsules, it’s literally tear, eat, done.Highly recommend if you want your daily greens without choking down a drink.

My very 1st impressions. When you open the individually packaged gummies you are hit with a smell. A very “greens” healthy smell that does not smell like they would taste good at all. BUT they actually taste very nice. Def not like a gummy candy, but a healthy sweetness that is nice. They don’t taste like they smell at all. So that is great. The texture is soft and they don’t get stuck in your teeth. I ate them 1st thing in the morning without eating anything first to see how they made my stomach feel. Although I don’t have any stomach ache, I am burping them up. And I don’t like that aftertaste at all. I would not recommend eating them on an empty stomach. But if you eat them after having breakfast, you should avoid that issue. They are bit expensive, but for what nutrients you are getting per bag I think that it could be worth the money. I give them 4 stars because of these pretty minor issues. I will continue to eat these daily. I will see how I feel after my 10 day supply before I decide if I will reorder them or not. But as far as really healthy nutrient packed gummy vitamins go, I do believe that these could be on the top of the list. There are a couple other brands that I looked at getting like the Bloom versions. But they dont have nearly the nutrients that these Gruns do. Solid 4 stars.

Mild taste for a fruit snack but still good
This is the second time I’ve purchased this product.At first, I didn’t entirely like the taste, but that’s only because I was comparing it to Black Forest juicy fruit snacks which has a much more tart and intense flavor. Grüns is more subtle, but it grew on me over time and now I like them a lot.As far as taste goes, 5 stars.Effectiveness? I genuinely wouldn’t be able to tell you unless maybe I got my blood work done to show direct before and after results. Is my energy better? Maybe a little bit. It operates as a snack more than a meal (duh, I know, but comparing this to Soylent, I kind of expect a multi vitamin and mineral food to fill me up more), so they aren’t exactly filling. I like these over any other type of snack I might eat, that’s for sure.Because this is essentially a fruit smoothie in a gummy form, I’d imagine your body is much better able to actually absorb the nutrients within. I wish I could be more definitive, but I’m not a scientist and my nutrient levels from before Grüns wasn’t worryingly low. So to me, this just gives me a mild boost in energy. Which I’ll absolutely take.Update: I work 10 hour shifts and these have been excellent for snacking in between breaks. It tides me over for another couple hours which is extremely helpful in getting through my day.I’ll definitely be a return customer.

Girls just wanna have Grun
I take a wide variety of supplements but don’t really know what I should be doing. Gruns makes it easy by putting all of those fancy super greens into a fun gummy bear. The taste is pretty good! It’s not too sweet, but it also doesn’t taste like 6 grams of fiber and 20+ vitamins and minerals. I’d say this tastes better than a multivitamin gummy (which I enjoy!). And despite how healthy they are, they didn’t upset my stomach or give me the (G)runs. I’d probably stick them in the fridge because they can get a little oily at room temp (but they’re still good). Gruns are a convenient tasty way to quickly upgrade your nutrition!

I wanted to love these, but I couldn’t even like them. Let’s start with the texture. Why are gummies gritty or grainy? I really struggled with that but if they at least tasted decent, I would have been able to power through. The flavor was absolutely not pleasant at all. They taste like vegetables, wheat grass, something else I can’t quite describe and a faint, slightly sweet aftertaste. I tried. I really did, but I couldn’t finish 2 “servings” without almost throwing up. Seriously. The color is a bit off putting but I could have gotten past that if they tasted good. The only reason I give 2 stars for grüns is because of the nutrients they supposedly contain but I couldn’t get past 2 servings before I fully gave up on them so I couldn’t see any real health benefits. If they were actually edible, maybe I could know whether they actually made me feel good but I feel like I wasted my money on them so to me they were not worth the money.
