Great quality and price
Unlike other flasks, this one has an oval-shaped top so it lays flatter, making it perfect for my running belts. I also own more expensive HydraPak flasks made of softer material, but I’ve found those are more prone to punctures, so this has become my daily choice. The bite valve is also easy to pinch and control the water stream, which is great for giving my dog a drink during runs.

Cap pops off
It works, but the opening is smaller than similar items and the cap doesn’t really stay on. Overall not a big deal so I kept it.

Horrible! Used it only once and it leaked the ENTIRE time out of the cap. I had it in my running pouch, and water was down my backside within the first mile of my run. Took it out saw that my phone was wet, drank some, and then had to run with it in my hand while it continued leaking around the cap. This was a total let down as I was hoping to use it for my race and keep it in my running pouch.
