Big Foot Friendly, but Weak Massage and Awkward Design
I bought this foot spa because I wear a size 14 and it’s one of the few options on Amazon that accommodates larger feet. While it has a few nice features like strong heating and decent build quality, the overall experience didn’t live up to expectations. The massage strength is barely noticeable, and several design flaws made it uncomfortable and impractical to use.Pros:Fits large feet (size 14) comfortablyWater can maintain a very hot temperatureHeating element is located safely beneath the rollers, not near the toesSecure drain plug for emptyingBuilt-in wheels help with moving it when not fullCons:Massage action is extremely weak and underwhelmingTwo massage modes (soft and strong), but there’s virtually no difference between them; both feel equally ineffectiveNo bubble functionTall bucket walls make it hard to use while sitting on a couch; requires a higher chair to sit comfortablyWater line markings on interior of bucket are only in MandarinQC stamp on the paperwork is just printed, not an actual stamp, which raises doubts about inspection qualityVery heavy when filled and tough to move, especially on carpetImpossible to fully drain without turning spa upside down or awkwardly angling the unit toward the drain plugPower cord is extremely short. Feet foot spaI cannot compare this foot spa to any other since it is the first time I try something like this.As a beginner user, I found this wonderful.The spa is shaped like a square bucket and it has a rather large dimension, both on surface and in depth. This allows for deep immersion of my feet and the massaging elements are on the bottom of the bucket.The spa is big enough for all my family members including my husband who wears a size 13 in shoes.I am very happy with this item, but be aware that it is rather large and bulky. I have it permanently parked in my bathroom, and being on wheels I move it to the shower chair when in use. I like sitting on the chair and soaking my feet and getting a massage at the same time.For me the only critique is that it is very difficult to lift the spa for taking the water out after use. Everything else is very pleasant and the spa is very easy to use. The experience is satisfying.RecommendedThank you
