I have never left a review before in my life, but this pillow was an instant game changer and deserves some love. It is so helpful for back pain, just the right size and shape. I just got it and I already can’t imagine life without it.

While I have not used the hot or cold functionality of this lumbar pillow, I have enjoyed using this both during and after a recovery period. I recently had surgery and found this pillow came in handy for a number of situations. It made a wedge, lumbar and even neck pillow at times of need.It’s a bit awkward under your head, and as a side-sleeper I found it too narrow, though it still worked. The material is quite soft but strange, as I have never had a silicone pillow before. Since it’s smaller than typical, it fits into any standard sized case that you may already have. Though small, I still find it a bit large for temperature regulated options. Storing this in the freezer would often take up more space than I have free, and I am not the only one here to consider. Microwaving would likely be my preferred choice, if any, but it hasn’t been cold enough for that level of heating. Maybe winter months will bring better opportunities for that.It’s soft like a memory foam mattress, but not too soft that it’s ineffective. It helps me to stretch when my lower back or hips are hurting, and I was having a really difficult time with that during recovery. I was using a bolster at the time to prop my legs/knees while laying on my back or sitting upright. I used to love doing this with a yoga wheel, but was unable to do this level of stretching, and this is 100% more gentle to use, anytime. I am not sure how different this would feel when used against a harder surface, like a floor.I see here they are advertising use under your knee as a side-sleeper. This now has me wondering if that would be better for my hips, than the throw pillow I occasionally use. I have been enjoying the comforting support and relief that this pillow can provide, however, I found I didn’t quite agree with the price at 69.99.

I’m so glad I purchased this pillow. The first time I used it, it felt like my spine was finally getting a chance to relax and decompress. I’ve been using it for about 20 minutes every day, breathing and letting my back just sink into it. After just a few days, I started noticing a significant reduction in my lower back discomfort.The silicone memory foam is soft yet supportive. It provides just the right amount of firmness without feeling too hard. I especially love the smooth, high-quality feel to it and the breathable materials keep this pillow cool all of the time. From the moment I unboxed it I was so impressed with the quality.I haven’t tried the heating and cooling options for the pillow yet. I feel like it’s been working really well for me without it but I like that there’s always the option for it in case I really need it.Overall, this back pain relief pillow has exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend giving this pillow a try. It was well worth the investment for me.

This pillow is amazing. I have tried it both with heat and cold and it works. I have had problems with by back since I had children and have tried heating pads and other items with very minimal relief.The shape of the pillow is perfect. It is so well designed. It cradles my lower back and and applies pressure right where it is needed. The ability to use either heat or cold is perfect. It is very lightweight and can be taken anywhere.I highly recommend this pillow. It is a wonderful value for the money.
