It doesn’t stay on my mat as well as the typical towels that have rubber on the bottom. It slips around on the mat a little. The towel itself feels nice though and it is pretty absorbent.

This is a great yoga mat towel/cover! And I LOVE the folds in the corner to help it stay in place! It’s a microfiber type material so it really helps sweat dry quickly. It’s also soft, too! It’s not too thick, which I appreciate, and the neutral color will go well with any color yoga mat. The size is standard so it fits my mat with no problems. I think the price is fair, especially for the fit and design. I think you’ll be pleased with this yoga mat/towel cover!

I got this towel for hot yoga, and overall, it’s a great addition to my practice. While it doesn’t have grip on the underside, the corner pockets keep it securely in place during yoga, so it doesn’t slide around. The polyester material is really soft and feels great to the touch, and it absorbs sweat well.However, when I used it in hot yoga, I noticed the fabric heats up and feels too warm when lying down, which can be a bit uncomfortable. Compared to a microfiber mat with grip on the underside, I did find this towel to be a little slippery. That said, I think it will be perfect for outdoor yoga classes, where it’s not as hot, and the towel stays in place just fine.Overall, a solid towel for yoga, just be mindful of the heat in hot yoga sessions.
