    Very motivational
    I love the way that this book is set up! It’s very motivational and doable. I found I would use it more in the morning versus the evening, and I still felt like I got my bang for my buck.

    About a four month journal
    This journal starts out talking about why each section is there and what it will do to improve your life. For example, writing down something your are grateful for daily has been shown to improve your happiness. Then you make a commitment and goals you want to achieve related to health and fitness. There’s a section that is similar to other goal planners. It is followed by 4 months of habit trackers, a weekly plan with a very small space to put your meals, then a page for intentions for the week and goals, etc… Finally there are daily pages that you quickly fill out first thing in the morning and last thing at night.I think this type of planner is a good idea. Four months is about the right amount of time to really make it a habit. At that point, any blank journal or planner would work, if you want to continue on with it. Or get another one when you want to start new goals? The paper is nice feeling but does ghost. You can basically read the next page through the current one. If this is something that bothers you, you may want to get something else. Any pen will ghost on it.

    Wonderful undated journal
    I don’t know about you, but I love undated journals. I like that it gives me the freedom to start and stop whenever and not feel the judgement of blank pages. This journal is a wonderful start to practicing self-care and gratitude in the new year.With daily prompts split into morning and night that help you reflect and keep track of sleep, water, mood (via emojis) and energy levels (with a bar you can color in) alongside things to list that you were grateful for, things you will do for your well-being and health for the day, and a mindful affirmation. It even has a weekly at a glance for meal and fitness planning. There’s a nice detailed explanation at the beginning of the book to get you into the right frame of mind and with tips.Overall I think how they organized the journal does seem like a manageable 5 minute journal as they claim. I find as I get older I don’t have the time, energy or presence of mind to free-form a diary entry but would still like to quietly reflect on my day. If you are like me, trying to refocus after burnout, I think this journal will be for you.Do note, the pages are a bit thin (you can see the text ghost from the other side) and I would recommend using pencil or a pen that does not bleed too much.

    Neat little wellness journal
    I really like this journal. It gives suggestions for how to fill it in which I find helpful. I like that it only takes a few minutes a day and is designed to help you stay focused on your goals and your overall health. My only complaint is that it arrived with some smudges on the cover. I wouldn’t be able to gift this to anyone looking the way it does… like it’s been previously handled/used.

    A Wonderful Wellness Journal!!!
    This is the perfect journal for those who don’t have a lot of time to journal! It also is helpful for overcoming the fear of journaling!This is a wellness journal, but it also has meal planning and daily affirmation sections! I have been using this journal for about three weeks and I find that I really can record my wellness progress, or lack of, in about 5 minutes. The more you do it, the easier it becomes.The journal is attractive and well-made. It is small enough to slip into your bag or briefcase! I am glad I requested this journal. It has been an awesome addition to my daily/weekly planning system!

    A Great Way to Organize Your Life with Minimal Effort
    This is pretty straightforward. It’s well-made and looks really nice. The inside is pretty self-explanatory and helps keep me on track in small increments that I’ll be honest and say I use more to look back on than plan for the future? I think this is a good planner, but definitely take a look at the interior pages to see if it will work for you.

    I have purchased their original product and the kids version. I wasn’t sure what to expect of this health edition, but it’s a fantastic upgrade to an already excellent product.

    A quality professionally published and professionally bound wellness journal. There are inspiring quotes thrown in here and there and a few pages explaining the principles behind the wellness ideas used throughout such as gratitude journaling and mindful affirmations. It says ‘fit edition’ but the bulk of the content is still general wellness. The only thing that differs slightly to other journals I have seen is that there are specific questions week by week in regards to fitness goals and how you will motivate yourself. There are a lot of different sections to get through and fill in for yourself in the early parts of the book but once you’ve got the bulk of it, the idea becomes that you fill in the same sheets, a mixture of daily/weekly templates. It’s a good way to hold yourself accountable once you get into it but I will say ‘the five minute journal’ gives the impression of simplicity where the reality is the whole idea of this journal will take some commitment. It’s not a five minute job. That’s not a criticism but just something to be mindful of when deciding if it’s for you. To me ‘the five minute’ analogy undersells the whole self-care consideration because we all deserve more than five minutes to work on being the best version of ourselves. At the time of writing this journal was priced at almost £30 which I thought was extremely expensive in comparison to similar things I have come across in the wellness paradigm. Price is the only major negative though.
