Works SUPER well, very low maintance, efficient use of the oil, disperses well
This model worked pretty well on spreading the essential oil smell without needing extra water and using surprisingly little oil in itself. It works for a decent size room and honestly it did not require me to do very much. I did not have to refill too often. I just had to do some initial adjustment and it was good to go on its own. This is a fairly big device. It is not something you can mount. It does have grip on the bottom so it does not slide and it also balances well. Short of knocking it over like a glass of water, this will have no issues with falling. One thing I will say is that it does require certain oils and they are not the cheapest. That being said, it does not use up the oil quickly at all. If you were to use essential oils with water, you would actually run out quicker than if you use this which is surprising. You essentially save money in the long run with this device. This device is nice in that everything is easily automated and programmed to your liking. I can actually control the device with my phone which is nice. It will tell me if I need to do anything such as add more oil. This device is not battery powered and it does need to be plugged in to work. The on board screen is nice. It gives you the basic information while you phone will give you additional information. It is not noisy at all which is great. You can even program days where you want it to be more active. The scent is not extremely strong so it is not over using the oils. It is prone to scratches though on the glossy front. There are controls on the device itself if you do not want to use your phone. Please note that it is only connected to your device via bluetooth. It is not a wifi device. The instructions are not bad. Overall this device does a good job in utilize the essential oils without burning through the oil or causing it to be too strong. It is VERY low maintenance and easy to setup for the most part. You really only have to do the initial setup but once you are done it is good to go. It is not a smart device where you can connect it to your alexa but it honestly would not really need to. You set it up how you want and can adjust accordingly. It also disperses really well. The sides are prone to scratching but it looks pretty nice. You could place it anywhere in the room but it just needs to be near and outlet.

The JCLOUD A311 is an exceptional diffuser that seamlessly combines functionality and elegance. Took some learning at first, but with the correct setting we have just the correct amount to make it comfortable and smelling nice. The smart app integration makes scheduling a breeze, and it effortlessly covers large areas. The build quality is excellent, and the scent dispersion is both consistent and delightful. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a reliable and sophisticated scenting solution! The only one thing looking to understand further is that if BT disconnects from my phone the fan light turns off and not sure is the schedule hours will take place when not connected, but will verify.Love the product though and my wife loves it as well.

False advertising
I bought this unit to cover my 1800sqft home. The unit claims to fragrance up to 2000sqft but there’s no way this machine could fill up that much space.During the first two weeks of using the diffuser, I had used it as a stand alone machine in the living room. It filled up the room with scent but didn’t travel to any other room. So we installed it into our hvac ducting. Once we did that, the smell was gone and wasn’t diffusing in the house at all. Luckily customer service helped us out and noted our install needed to be adjusted. Once that was done, we could start smelling the fragrance in one room. The first room the ducting goes to. But no matter how high the setting is and having the fan running on the ac unit; we still can’t get any more fragrance through the house.Overall I wouldn’t recommend this unit unless you’re in an open floor plan apartment. It is not powerful enough to scent a home as advertised.

UPDATE – GREAT PRODUCT AND EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE
We purchased the Smart Scent in March of 2024 for the 2nd time. Our first one had an accident when the installer (aka…”ME”) didn’t use wall anchors in sheetrock and while changing the scent, the entire unit fell and hit the tile floor.* CUSTOMER SERVICE – In Feb 2024, our second unit stopped working but it wasn’t due to the product. Long story…but it was a power surge that caused the problem. Anyway, I sent an email to support@jcloud.com and to my surprise, I received a reply. After 2 follow up emails they sent me a new unit. I also want to mention that each of the 3 emails, I received the reply the next morning. In today’s customer service world this is great communication and with the final result of sending me a new unit this was EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE.* PRODUCT REVIEW – The SmartScent works as described. The scent isn’t overwhelming, it is just in the background. I mean…it isn’t like spraying a can of air freshner. It is almost not noticible but always there. Many guest has mentioned the nice smell in our house.I installed the unit in the AC Air Handler and connected the included clear hose to the Cold Air Vent. It was an easy install, I simply made a hole just large enough for the plastic hose and put some duct tape around the house to make a good seal.The SmartScent App makes it easy to program. You can program the system to spray as often as you like. The only things that are missing is that there is no warning when the scent needs filled. However to get around that the App will calculate the number of days that the scent will last based on your personal settings. I just make a mark on my Calendar to check it based on the calculations.One thing that is missing is there is no apparent way to signal the machine to spray. I wish that I could use the App to immediately spray. It only works based on your App’s configuration.
