Works Well for Sleep
I have insomnia and a pharmacist recommended trying Magnesium. I was using a different brand prior to this one, but since I’m vegetarian I read that Magnesium Glycinate is a better product for vegetarians. My sleep quality has improved, and I am very happy about that. You must read all the details about the product before you decide to make the purchase, as it is a little deceiving about the dosing amount.

Night night
I’ve been taking this now for almost a month and I have to say it knocks me out and keeps me out! I’ve gotten the best sleep. I have tried others with no effect. I am very sensitive when it comes to supplements (ie I can take a 1 mg melatonin and be groggy the next day) so if a supplement has no affect on me, it really has no affect on anyone. That being said, this melatonin at the recommended dosage is more than enough. I may need to take 1/2 a dose. So those people who find it doesn’t put them to sleep may want to consider they need something more than magnesium to get to sleep.

I have used this every month for over a year! It is affordable. It doesn’t have a taste or aftertaste and it really helps me relax and sleep at night! It’s definitely worth a look if you struggle to rest easy at night!

beware of the wording check labels
I purchased the the 1000 mg but they only gave me 200mg from 1000mg glycinate they play with the words to make you think your getting one thing but you get another. did i get the right product yes but they use and highlight the wording to think your getting something else. Look at the “Supplement Facts” panel on the back.So you’re really getting 200 mg elemental magnesium from 1000 mg of the compoundConfirm it says something like:Magnesium (as magnesium glycinate) — 200 mgMagnesium glycinate — 1000 mg
