Great back support
I have had two microdiscectomy surgeries this year, and this pillow saved my life. I also go on a lot of road trips and I used to be in a lot of pain after half an hour of travel, but now I can sit for a few hours pain-free. It is a good size, it’s quite big so it might not be the best if you’re traveling on an airplane or somethin like that

I like the lumbar support pillow. It’s sturdy and firm, maybe a little too firm for me sometimes. As you can see in the picture it has a little bump in the middle. I’m not sure why but my back feels supported and I got it for a good price.

Foam is so soft it doesn’t really do the job
Shape is fine but the foam is soft and compresses too easily. The bump in the middle, which is presumably supposed to press against your lumbar area, compresses/flattens out when in use so it doesn’t really provide much support.
