Nice basic home set
Elderly parents use these to keep fit at home, and they are awesome. Like that they are light and easy to use, and able to help with various exercises. Been to few physical therapy sessions, and now they are able to repeat some of that at home. Also like the bright color scheme, really help to bright up the work out (versus dull gray/black stuff).One star for somewhat cheap feeling. At full stretch, already able to spot sign of strained. Don’t intend to do so often but can’t help to question durability. Along this line, value at list also a question mark.
