Exactly what I need after a long day!
I take one every night at the recommendation of my neurologist, I suffer from migraines so magnesium is a must have. On days that are more stressful I take two. I don’t notice being groggier in the mornings after I take either one or two. I do however, notice when I lay down at night and I haven’t taken it. This is a super affordable option that does exactly what I need it to do.
