Good Supplement But Very Confusing Listing On Amazon
I have been taking a good quality magnesium supplement for years to address a heart palpitation issue. The supplement that I had been taking addressed this issue fully, and this one appears to also keep the palpitations in check. The gummies taste really good, so keep them away from kids so that they don’t accidentally get too much magnesium.I agree with another reviewer who pointed out that this item should not be marketed as a 1500 mg magnesium supplement when you are actually getting only 420 mg of elemental magnesium. It should have 420 mg in a big bold font instead of showing 1500 mg. But as long as you know what you are getting, it seems to be a good supplement that tastes good.The listing is confusing showing a 90 count, a 30 count, and a 40 count size, all with photos of the 90 count size and with the 90 count being the most economical. Amazon shows that I ordered the 40 count size, but I received the 90 count size. Each of the 90 was individually wrapped making them easy to travel with. If the price stays the same for the 90 count as it is now, and if you indeed receive 90, it compares favorably with what I was paying for my other high quality magnesium supplement.I can’t say that sleep has come any easier for me since I have been taking magnesium for years, but it should probably help most people with sleep and perhaps regularity. Overall, I like this supplement and if it stay effective for me and stays at the lower 90 count price, I will continue to purchase it.
