NO CASE work great so far
I work for a hospital and my nurses are always in pain from pt care and this works great for its price ITS DOESNT COME WITH THE CASE but im fine with that they need to change the photo to match and it is super quite low noise levels will update on battery life with more use!!

Did NOT come with case!
No case! I bought this one over other options because it had a case. I want to like it because everything seems nice and well made but I am very disappointed it didn’t come with the case as pictured. I really don’t want to store it in the cheap box and plastic packaging.

Hated it when I lost my Headot gun that apparently is not in production any longer. This one is a beautiful replacement, MUCH quieter and comes with a soft rubber attachment head that is much more comfortable on bare skin that I’ve never seen on any gun. Still has 30 increment power band and only thing I didn’t like was it comes with a cell phone c type charging cord instead the normal dc
