May as well be sitting on my floor
It’s so stiff I may as well be sitting on the floor. The shape is good but my back hurt just trying to get off of it. Perhaps if I were still in my 20’s it might have been ok but seriously it’s no different than a towel on the hard floor

Don’t think it’s memory foam too hard.
Definitely, don’t think it’s a memory foam, but if it was memory foam, it wouldn’t probably last that long to use.The foam is hard. But it definitely works for the purpose of meditation. My son uses it all the time, I am trying to still getting used to it.I got this because I have an issue on meditating because my back hurts or the ground is too hard so I’m hoping this one works out. I will be back to update my review later.
