It is simple and effective. Other posture correctors, which i had at least from 5 different manufacturers, just had too many straps and, as an older guy, i got tangled up with Velcro straps each time.

Helpful for Posture, Just Not Ideal for Long Wear
I really like the idea of this posture vest — it definitely helps me stay more aware of my posture, especially while sitting at my desk or doing light tasks. It provides decent support and is easy to put on and adjust. That said, it can get a bit uncomfortable if worn for longer periods, as the straps start to dig in a little. I think it’s great for short daily use, and it’s made well overall. With a few comfort improvements, this could easily be a 5-star product!

Works well, size up!
This brace is very sturdy and well made. It has metal supports inside the back section, adjustable in two different areas for waist size and shoulders. It is intended to be worn over clothing as stated in the directions. There are two nice padded sliders on each shoulder strap for comfort.I chose this style as the straps and everything was wider and didn’t look like it would dig into the flesh. Happy with my choice!Definitely size up! I am 105lb & petite and ordered the medium as it was the smallest available and it is a perfect snug fit was able to size it down a bit too. The mesh in the back is quite Bunchie so you definitely wouldn’t want to wear it under a jacket and have a bulge. I guess it’s good for working from home or to wear it in the mornings and evenings to keep your posture in check, I personally wouldn’t wear it to the office.

if you have broad shoulders get aa bigger size, i got the xl and don’t have any adjustment, need help to put it on, it would work great just not big enough

Fantastic Support, No Breathability
In my opinion, the most important things you need to know about this brace are:+ I’ve bought it twice (lost one in a move) because it’s just that good. I shop around for everything, but not this. This brace works. It offers full back support and does a great job of sort of redistributing your body’s weight by looping around your shoulders and having the attachment points for those shoulder straps be your waist.+ I used this for long periods and very regularly; the velcro never stopped working, even requiring much less frequent cleaning (in a 4-pet home no less) than what I’ve grown used to with other velcro things.+ The metal bars that rest against your back go all the way from the base of your neck to your hips; they don’t prohibit movement unnecessarily, do a great job of stopping you from moving in harmful ways, and do not ever bend out of shape!+ The material is stretchy, doesn’t look bulky or awful, and the belt area now has little gripping strips so that it doesn’t ride up!- My only real complaint is about the supposed “breathability;” it has NONE. Good for them for thinking to have this be made from mesh for the most part. The problem with this? It’s only mesh on the BACK! As in the outside, the part that doesn’t touch your skin! It doesn’t need to be breathable there! It’s all open! The part that rests against your back? It’s a stifling solid material, the same that’s used to make the velcro stick. They just continued that velcro material onto the part that presses against your back. This brace would be a hundred times better if the mesh was against your back and not just for show on the outside.
