This is very nice. This fits very comfortable and works great. The power works well with many adjustment options. The vibration massages at deep levels that before these massagers you could only hope for. This is a great buy and great massager. I am very glad I got it!

I had a neck fracture last October and am now seeing physical therapist who helps a lot. I love this neck and shoulder massager and would have given 5 star, as far as massaging is concerned. But, to my opinion there are two issues. 1) the heating part , which it doesn’t heat at all and 2) the control command should have been placed a lot lower so that one could use it while it’s working.

Poor battery life and massage pressure is too light
Update 08/14/25: The company reached out and offered a replacement massager. The new unit works much better than the original massager. It lasts about 15 minutes longer, and doesn’t stall out when I lean in for deeper pressure. The charging time is better as well. I am very impressed with the customer service of this company.I bought this to replace my last massager that had failed (the mesh part came apart). This one had great reviews, so I gave it a try. The massage function isn’t as firm as my last one, and it feels like it is hard to keep in the right place. I don’t find the relief from pain that I did with previous last massager. Part of the problem is also that the battery only lasts about 30 minutes and takes hours to charge.Otherwise, the build seems good. The mesh area seems strong, and is a comfortable material. If you only need it for a short massage, and don’t like your massage to be very firm, this may be a good unit for you.

Update: I contacted customer service via email and after a few video requests to see what the neck massager was doing, or really wasn’t doing, I received a new neck massager. I’ve used it a couple of times and it’s working!The first two time I used this neck and ba k massager, I would have given it 5 stars. The third time I used it, it made a weird crunching so puns and stopped. The power light flashed like the battery died so I charged it. It worked for a few seconds and completely died. I’ve only had this massager a few weeks. Not happy!

If you’re iffy- GET IT! Trust me!
I have seen these allllll over TikTok and everywhere, but honestly I thought it was probably not as good as people were “advertising”. I ended up deciding to take a chance and ordered this one (cordless!!) and it arrived last night. And let me tell you- THIS THING IS INCREDIBLE! The only “downside” is it does not let off enough “heat” so can’t really feel that much, but whether you use this on your neck, shoulders, back, or even sciatic nerve- you will be drooling!! Soon as I turned it on, my entire body got goosebumps!

immediately yes! This is worth the hype. I got the cordless one which I feel gives me freedom to move around and stuff. I admittedly bought this because Tiktok convinced me, but i do not regret the choice. lol I preferred to buy it on amazon since I don’t know how easy it is to return things from Tiktok…. but won’t be returning this anyway, because this will save me money on going to the actually massage therapist … which I don’t have the funds for.
