They said a large was recommended, I’m 5’4 170 and a large to small.. the shirt is way to tight on me and my shoulders, the pants are like glue.. had to have my husband pull them off me.. I’d size up if your around the same size as me..

Flimsy material, runs small
Fabric is very flimsy which means it’s gonna show every ripple in your body so if you have any dimples or creases in your butt or thighs, it will show through. Fabric is also very itchy so that made me uncomfortable trying it on. You definitely have to size up like the comments say, it runs super small. Color is good.
