Perfect for Heated Pilates
I use this towel on top of my mat for heated Pilates, and it’s a game changer. It doesn’t slip at all, even when things get super sweaty. It stays flat, grips perfectly, and makes my workouts way more comfortable. Plus, it’s easy to wash and dries fast. I love that it’s a bit heavy and not light so it doesn’t move at all. The color is okay lol. Quality is great. Highly recommend if you do hot yoga or Pilates!

Great towel! It fits the entire length of my yoga mat to keep it clean. Plus, an added bonus is getting to use it in my sauna to protect the wood bench from sweat. The towel is soft with an added feature of grippy dots to keep it from slipping while using. Perfect gift for any fitness enthusiast!

Keeps your yoga mat a little less sweaty
Great yoga mat towel, works for all types of yoga, not just hot yoga. TONS of little anti-slip dots on the bottom that truly work well. Easily washable (I hung it to dry, so I don’t know how it would react to going through the dryer.) Very absorbent, and keeps your yoga mat slightly less gross, lol! It comes in its own mesh carrying bag, but it also rolls up easily with your mat.
Expectations –
Not a Mat
I mistakenly thought this was a mat. That’s my fault. I read towel but somehow I heard Mat. The full-length yoga towel came with a bag to carry it in once you roll it back up. I like the back (no backing), the rubbery dots are good and “sticky” so it holds nice and still on carpet and tile. There’s no padding, just one long piece of heavy duty material, (I was surprised at the weight) seems absorbent but not like terry cloth. Just wish it was a little wider. I don’t think I can stay on my own towel? I’ll update if anyone complains, lol!

Great idea
This towel is the exact right size to cover my yoga mat. It has a regular towel side and the other side has the friction dots like you would see on no-slip socks. I like that you can wash the towel easily, so you don’t have to worry about trying to keep a rubbery yoga mat clean. I also like that it has the no slip side so that it doesn’t move much. It works quite well. You can also roll it up and use it as a yoga blanket.

Not much to say on this as you get exactly what you are expecting. A thin microfiber towel for use on your mat with grippies that keep it from sliding around on the mat.They seem sufficient for my use. I do wish the towel was a bit thicker but haven’t ordered one yet that was & this is the nicest I’ve ordered actually. It even comes with it’s own Protective, vented, drawstring bags which is handy for carrying to yoga outside the homeThe gray was perfect for my needs.
